The rooms are fine, clean, and offer great views of the pool, Mount Salak, and city lights from rooms 901-915. For a direct view of the middle of the pool, room 904 is ideal, but for a wider panoramic view when the hotel is full, rooms 905-912 are better. The kids' play area currently only has a slide and a swing; it would be great if more options could be added. For the buffet, children aged 7-10 pay 90k, while those over 10 are charged 180k, the same as adults. It's a bit disappointing that for that price, the menu variety is still quite limited. The parking lot is spacious. This place is still new, and the service is good, friendly, and efficient.

Nice hotel for short family staycation. Location is great and strategic. Has warm nice swimming pool and jacuzzi for relax and play water. Nice option and taste for breakfast. Nice cleanliness for public area and room, except for leaked smell from the toilet.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Dede, the Front Office Manager in charge, for handling situations that should not have occurred with great professionalism. Overall, my stay at Hotel Nemuru was a memorable experience for me and my family. That said, there are a few points that may be worth considering for future improvement: Room type accuracy – Kindly ensure that the room types displayed and communicated through online travel agents (such as Trip) accurately reflect the actual room conditions. Breakfast variety – Considering the room rates ranging from IDR 800,000++ to IDR 1,500,000++, a wider selection of breakfast options would be expected, especially during long holiday periods. Front office service – Further training for front office staff would be beneficial to improve how information is communicated and how guests are assisted during their stay. Thank you for the hospitality, and I hope these suggestions can support further improvements

I love staying here with my family. Alana provides a charging station for EV, which is very helpful and the staff also standby on the charging station to help us when we had a question. The parking lot are huge so we don't have to worry about where to park our car. This hotel is near from AEON, IKEA, Ah Poong and more cafe or restaurant. It was a great experience. All the staffs are giving their best services and humble. We love the breakfast and the swimming pool. One thing that rarely we found on another hotel is photobooth near the swimming pool. It's really memorable experience that we can print out the photo and remember our stay in Alana. We'll come back to stay here again in the future!!

We booked a deluxe premier room and requested anniversary decorations. To our surprise, upon entering the room, there were decorations and a cake, exactly as requested (not all hotels accommodate requests like this in our experience). There are many facilities for children, including kids' activities. It's perfect for a family staycation, and there are many good restaurants in the area around the hotel too. I stayed here the night before playing at Bogor Raya Golf. The room has a stylish design, and the hotel is in a quiet, peaceful area, making it a relaxing place to stay. The front desk is open 24 hours, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is great, especially since it's close to the motorway exit. One thing to keep in mind is that if you arrive between 10:00 pm and 4:00 am, the main access road is closed, so you'll have to drive through narrow streets to reach the hotel. Just be careful if you're checking in during those hours. Overall, it's a convenient and comfortable place to stay, especially if you're planning to play at Bogor Raya Golf.

Overall was ok, breakfast they will sent to the room, I got fried rice everyday, got water outside the room you can refill anytime, in the room you will got towel and toothbrush only, the rest remember to bring your self, room is ok as deluxe standard. The first day we stay got one student group camp there, 95% usage by them very super Noisy can't sleep at all, they have activities till Midnight, the whole two day was miserable, they owner should not open if they have big group staying OMG😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. But if No group booking must be peaceful. You can consider to stay, makesure to ask no big group booking. There's 24hour cafe opposite only, the other cafe also nice. Surrounded by pine trees. The pool is used by 100 pax student and they was using it 2days and after they finish the pool super dirty and oily and the staff didn't clean it.

I had a pleasant stay at The Green Peak, ARTOTEL. The location is peaceful and surrounded by nature, which made it a great place to unwind. The room was clean, cozy, and well-organized. I especially liked the overall design and the comfortable bed. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the outdoor areas added a nice touch to the experience. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, with enough variety to start the day. The staff were polite, welcoming, and always willing to help. Overall, a comfortable and relaxing stay. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet escape.
