The rooms are clean and the customer service is included in the tourist-friendly category I am satisfied with the open place, especially the view of Pangrango Mountain and quite a lot of views, the swimming pool is very clean, and the restaurant is very clean.

Everything about my visit, from the moment I checked in until I departed, was good and comfortable. The physical property itself is excellent; my room was well-maintained, spotless, and provided a peaceful retreat after a long day. The hotel atmosphere is pleasant, and the facilities were exactly what I needed. However, the highlight of this hotel is unquestionably the nice staff. Every member of the team I interacted with—from the front desk to housekeeping—was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, always greeting me with a smile and making me feel valued as a guest. Their dedication to service truly elevated the entire experience. The environment of the hotel is fairly clean, with an industrial-style feel, and simple supplies such as coffee and tea bags are provided. The toilet in the room is not large, but the hot water is hot enough, and the electric kettle cannot be boiled. It is a pity.

Miracle hotel is a brand new hotel that just opened in 2026. I stayed for 1 night at junior suite room, and I had issues with AC and TV. They finally solved the AC at midnight. For TV issue, I guess it related with poor wifi connection. They give me complimentary 100k vouchers at coffee shop for the inconvenience happened. For hotel in Cianjur (small city), Miracle Hotel is one of best hotel you can choose. Because it brand new, so the cleanliness is still well manage. The furniture inside the room is also nice Parking area is enough to accommodate guest in full occupancy. They do have small pool beside the lobby. There is 3 floors and elevator.

very good, got rinjani 5. I ordered rinjani 4 earlier but there was a mistake from the resort, he said the online order email was too late so it took precedence over the offline order. At first I was a bit upset because it wasn't confirmed at the beginning, but in the end I was even happy because it turned out that Rinjani 5 was really good. It looks better than Rinjani 4 which is cornered and looks a bit creepy because of the corner hehe. It's really quiet here, it's very quiet on the side of the road. for the cafe is top parahh, the food is all delicious especially the bogor soto is highly recommended. the service is also okay, the only downside is that the pool can't be used when it arrives. It is highly recommended to wear thick clothes because it is very cold here. next I want to come here again🫶🏻

One of the best villas we've ever stayed at! The views are absolutely stunning, and the parking area is spacious. It truly feels like staying at a luxury hotel with exceptional service. Everything was spotless, and all the cooking and dining utensils were complete. After our party at the villa, we woke up the next morning to find everything already cleaned up. The service was simply amazing! We'll definitely be coming back again.
