## Review: A Decent Stay with Room for Improvement **Overall Rating: ★★★☆☆ (Okay)** The stay was acceptable—not bad, but certainly not exceptional. There are several highlights and a few missed opportunities that the management should address. **The Positives:** * **Room Size:** The rooms are spacious and offer plenty of breathing room. * **Water Pressure:** Excellent water pressure in the shower, which made for a very comfortable experience. **Areas for Improvement:** * **Amenities & Tech:** For a newer hotel, the power sockets are surprisingly outdated. They lack built-in USB charging ports, which is a standard expectation for modern travelers today. * **Arrival Comfort:** My room was boiling hot upon arrival. A great way to improve the guest experience would be to turn on the air conditioning shortly before check-in so the room is at a comfortable temperature when the guest enters. * **Maintenance Standards:** While it's a new property, the maintenance needs to be managed strictly. Without a high level of attention to detail, the standard of this hotel could easily decline within a few months. **Summary:** It’s a solid choice for a short stay, but updating the tech and focusing on the ”small wins”—like a cool room at check-in—would go a long way in elevating the experience.

Favorite Hotel.. only difficult to access parking because it is in a ba*****t at the same time as the Mall

Good location. A lot of restaurant nearby. Good price. The staff upgeaded my room

The reception area is quite a large area. Nevertheless it should be lighted up from check-in time (if conserving energy was the reason for the lights turned off) as there was not enough natural light getting through. I had thought i arrived at the wrong hotel as it was dark. Otherwise, the ladies at the reception were courteous, friendly and accommodating. Location wise, it was a nice walk through the food night market from the Cirebon train station.

very clean hotel, spacious room, hot shower with a good flow, towels, bottles of water and tea and coffee bags provided daily.... very kind staff, good location, breakfast to choose from and with the possibility of opting for a western breakfast... in short everything ok... only flaw: the first night I was assigned room 101 whose window overlooks the fish tank below: the splashing and gushing of water kept me awake all night... the following day I had another room... I strongly advise travelers not to avoid room 101...

Place is near to dunkin doughnut and just infront a supermarket. easy to find. breakfast was provided, can choose mee goreng, nasi goreng with eggs and roti with boiled egg. overall okay

From the past, I really liked staying here... in the middle of the city but the prices were very friendly. spacious rooms, big beds, spacious restaurants, delicious food, clean, complete 😍 In Cirebon, finding a cheap hotel with complete facilities is difficult. Don't hesitate to stay here the employees are really friendly... oh yes, FYI, there is a coffee shop & the coffee is really delicious... there is a pastry too 👌

Located in shop house area. Close to CSB shopping mall walk 2 minutes..many karaoke place around.
