Cisarua Hotels with Parking

Plataran was amazing. the only comment is just on the breakfast, it was quite slow on the ala carte breakfast and food sometimes is not warm. But when they open the breakfast buffet, it's good.

It was huge, 3 storeys with swimming pool , bbq, karaoke and billiard in a hall. Everything is great. Beside it ia a restaurant. Downside is if it rains in the day pls standby to close your doors b4 night as mosquitoes will swarm us and make us their bbq

Five-star rating. I was very satisfied with the hygiene, service, and environment. I only have one complaint: the breakfast selection wasn't varied enough. For this price point, perhaps it's because the hotel isn't fully open yet and there are fewer guests. Especially on Monday, the breakfast options were extremely limited. Monday's breakfast only deserves one star. I hope this can be improved soon.

I had a wonderful stay at Masada Village. The property is surrounded by beautiful greenery, making it a peaceful place to relax away from the busy city. The atmosphere is quiet, the air is fresh, and the scenery is perfect for a short getaway. I really appreciated the hospitality from the staff. They upgraded my room twice during my stay, which was a pleasant surprise and made the experience even more enjoyable. The suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is convenient for visiting attractions around Puncak and Cisarua while still feeling secluded. There are also plenty of good restaurants within a short drive. One thing to note is that getting around with Grab can sometimes be a bit of a hassle. Some drivers may ask for an additional fee to accept trips to or from the property, so it’s worth keeping that in mind when planning your transportation. Also, the rooms do not have air conditioning. This wasn’t a major issue for me because the weather is cool most of the time. It can get a little warm indoors between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM if you’re staying in the room, but outside of those hours the temperature is pleasantly cool, especially at night. Overall, I had a very enjoyable experience and would happily stay at Masada Village again. It’s a great choice for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with excellent value for money.

Because there was an event very close to this hotel, I finally booked it at 9 am...just checked in at 3 pm...because we were the first guests to use trip.com to stay in the hotel, so we received The clerk is still manually looking for our room reservation...but gpp...name is also the first customer...😁... The view from the room is good. The room is also very comfortable. Suitable for families. Next time I will only live for the children. The swimming pool is really suitable.

I've stayed here twice with different room types, the service is great, the cleanliness is okay, it's comfortable, but when it gets close to night the electricity often goes out, the food is okay, I'll stay there again sometime.

This hotel is arguably one of the best in the area. The staff service is friendly and makes guests feel comfortable. Plus, the hotel offers an amazing mountain view, really pleasing to the eye. However, there is one small note: as the afternoon approaches, the air starts to feel hot around 10 am. It would be better if the hotel provides air conditioning for the day at those times. However, in the morning, afternoon, and evening, air conditioning is actually not needed because the air in the peak area is naturally cool enough. Overall, the experience of staying here is still very satisfying, especially for enjoying the mountain atmosphere.

Viewnya juara. Buka pintu langsung dapat view meegahnya puncak gunung Gede. Di samping villa dapet view pegunungan dan city view. Plus suara alam dari Taman Safari yg bersebelahan dgn Casa De Monique. Kita bisa dengar auman harimau dan suara lutung yang sahut menyahut. Fasilitas Vila Bambu bisa dibilang lengkap : amenities, alat makan, rice cooker, dispenser, kompor dan perlengkapannya bisa pinjam. Plus udara dingin sejuk mendayu yg bikin betah😊

It's really real. until there I was disappointed heavy, so I had to change rooms with Upgrade/Adding costs. The bathroom is very good again, there are a lot of cigarette sticks in sudut2. My service is very good. Thank you, the room service team, FRONT OFFICE want to accept my car that broke down. I really appreciate it So far, View Get. Cold Got. Only the room is not consistent with the photo. Not far away if you want to buy my luck, just go down to the safari junction for walking.
