1. The bathroom wasn't ready for use; some of the tiles were loose, making it look dirty, including the bathroom floor. 2. When we turned on the faucet, a strong odor came from the drain or water pipe. 3. The blanket was too small, only suitable for one person. 4. The balcony door was difficult to push open; a sliding door would have been recommended to make the small balcony usable, even though it housed the AC unit. Otherwise, the room was good, and the location is highly recommended.

Handuknya kecil kayak keset lantai. Tolong dong handuknya jgn kecil terus alasan yg belum kering atw habis. Kalau kamar bagus lengkap tv lemari kulkas AC sofa kursi meja kasur. Tempat jemuran kecil. Yg g aq suka handuknya kecil banget

The service is very good. The front desk and the store manager are very nice. The location is not far from the city center. There is a supermarket opposite the hotel, a convenience store nearby, and a restaurant next to it and downstairs.

This hotel is perfect for a year-end holiday. It's comfortable, the staff are friendly, and the rooms offer great value for money. You definitely won't regret staying here! 🤩🙏
