SSallyARA well located hotel in the city with good amenties & access to shopping areas & eateries. Room was also clean & spacious but the wall is abit thin as we cam hear the voices of guest speaking. Also friendly & helpful staff ready to meet our requests. Breakfast spread while quite basic is also delicious sumptious. Will surely repeat stay in our next visit.

LliuzhilongThe man on frontdesk so low attitude , and mood swing , haven't a good hospitality ; the room is large but a little old , the hotel located in central of the city ; near with coffee street , ”Ligo” supermarket walking around 10 minutes, and flamboyan traditional market nearest by walking 5 minutes 😊 overall the breakfast so good simple but complete •

Ddee556We are repeating customer to this hotel. We like the location, food and the staffs are very friendly and attentive to the customer.
We like to suggest the management to look into the minor lacking of maintenance on the rooms. Also the amnesties such as towel need to replace.
The food are good but a bit too salty. The coffee are so nice...

AAustrian_saverBe careful! if you don't want to listen to a night club daily until 2am, feel the base vibrations through the walls and bed (earplugs don't help), smell the strong ciragettes aroma, listen to the elevator tune in the lobby as the are no sound insulation what so ever. Listen to the street noise.
Better avoid staying in this hotel.
Cleanliness were OK for an Indonesian establishment.

When checked in, we were placed into a tiny room without windows on the 3rd floor.
As I've seen from other travellers, it could be tactics used to upsell for a more expensive room.
We had specifically selected a non smoking and quiet room while booking.
The room STANK of ciragettes! And loud music could be heard after 8pm, so the reception gave a different room quickly, only mentioning it should be a paid for upgrade.

FFerdihugo+ Location is great. Near the city center & surrounded by a lot of cafes, restaurant, supermarket, food places, etc
+ Room is big.
+ The breakfast is amazing. I like it
- The cleanliness is not too good. The cleaning service must pay more attention about this.
Overall, I like staying in this hotel. I will come back again.

AAefa AerisyaThe room is fine. There is no lift so please use knee support. Joking 🫣. The hotel is in front of the main road so easy to find. If you driving on your own, there is parking provided. Might difficult to find parking at night but they will assist you!

GGuest UserThe location is a bit remote. The room facilities are very old. The disposable slippers are all worn. You can ask the front desk to change them for you. The service is OK. The breakfast is also good. A simple buffet can be chosen. A deposit is required for accommodation, which is not mentioned in the introduction.
