The housekeeping team does an excellent job, ensuring everything is spotless and fresh. The location is another highlight—it's conveniently situated near a mall, making shopping, dining, and entertainment easily accessible. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers both comfort and convenience. Overall, a great choice for those who value cleanliness and a strategic location!

Be careful! if you don't want to listen to a night club daily until 2am, feel the base vibrations through the walls and bed (earplugs don't help), smell the strong ciragettes aroma, listen to the elevator tune in the lobby as the are no sound insulation what so ever. Listen to the street noise. Better avoid staying in this hotel. Cleanliness were OK for an Indonesian establishment. P.S. When checked in, we were placed into a tiny room without windows on the 3rd floor. As I've seen from other travellers, it could be tactics used to upsell for a more expensive room. We had specifically selected a non smoking and quiet room while booking. The room STANK of ciragettes! And loud music could be heard after 8pm, so the reception gave a different room quickly, only mentioning it should be a paid for upgrade.

Booked this hotel for someone else. Great location, very new hotel with lots of dining options nearby, and convenient for getting around. The main thing is that the hotel is clean and new. I've booked it several times now and it's always been good. Recommended.

enjoy my stay throughout the 5 nights in pontianak 💯 location of the hotel is very much strategic to cafes nearby and best of all is indomaret is just few steps away from the hotel. overall the process of checking in and checking out was efficiently easy and the room that was requested was non smoking, glad that it actually did not have any traces of cigarette smell 🫶🏻

I decided to stay in this hotel temporarily. The location is quite convenient and there is a parking space. Although the room has no windows, it is quite comfortable to stay. If you don't stay too long, it is an option.

The third day. Everything is fine, only that is a bit annoying when there is a big truck, the road in the room is also going to be shaken, other than that everything is no problem.

The room is nice and spacious, the service is good and friendly, it's clean, the food is delicious, the menu is familiar, the atmosphere is fun.

The location is a bit remote. The room facilities are very old. The disposable slippers are all worn. You can ask the front desk to change them for you. The service is OK. The breakfast is also good. A simple buffet can be chosen. A deposit is required for accommodation, which is not mentioned in the introduction.
