The housekeeping team does an excellent job, ensuring everything is spotless and fresh. Be careful! if you don't want to listen to a night club daily until 2am, feel the base vibrations through the walls and bed (earplugs don't help), smell the strong ciragettes aroma, listen to the elevator tune in the lobby as the are no sound insulation what so ever. Listen to the street noise. Better avoid staying in this hotel. Cleanliness were OK for an Indonesian establishment. P.S. When checked in, we were placed into a tiny room without windows on the 3rd floor. As I've seen from other travellers, it could be tactics used to upsell for a more expensive room. We had specifically selected a non smoking and quiet room while booking. The room STANK of ciragettes! And loud music could be heard after 8pm, so the reception gave a different room quickly, only mentioning it should be a paid for upgrade.

The man on frontdesk so low attitude , and mood swing , haven't a good hospitality ; the room is large but a little old , the hotel located in central of the city ; near with coffee street , ”Ligo” supermarket walking around 10 minutes, and flamboyan traditional market nearest by walking 5 minutes 😊 overall the breakfast so good simple but complete •

My stay is quite good. Neo have good Aircon that comfort a lot in Pontianak hot whether. I got smoking room in the day 1 but they immediately switch to non smoking room once available, thanks to mbak Mala that help me a lot during my stay. Keep your hospitality on 👍

I decided to stay in this hotel temporarily. The location is quite convenient and there is a parking space. Although the room has no windows, it is quite comfortable to stay. If you don't stay too long, it is an option.

The third day. Everything is fine, only that is a bit annoying when there is a big truck, the road in the room is also going to be shaken, other than that everything is no problem.

The room is fine. There is no lift so please use knee support. Joking 🫣. The hotel is in front of the main road so easy to find. If you driving on your own, there is parking provided. Might difficult to find parking at night but they will assist you!

The location is a bit remote. The room facilities are very old. The disposable slippers are all worn. You can ask the front desk to change them for you. The service is OK. The breakfast is also good. A simple buffet can be chosen. A deposit is required for accommodation, which is not mentioned in the introduction.
