The service was great, and they were very responsive. If possible, please use fresh water for the pool. All the pools felt salty, and I'm not sure what the concept is there. The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and spacious. Thank you for the excellent service, Allisa! We'll visit again next time.

Yes this arisu hotel in banten is very very great and awesome

The building still needs a lot of renovation because it is too old, the location is very strategic near the minimarket and has a beach area, but the swimming pool is a bit dirty and the tap in the room had quite a lot of black sand coming out.

Staying in the 3 bedroom villa... it's just a shame that the AC in room C is cold, room A is okay even though it's not that cold, room B isn't cold at all... it's really nice

The place is delicious, I think that I ordered a tip of 2 floors because it was full on the weekend, but the hygiene is not like the table with a lot of dust, the bedroom air conditioner is not cold, the bathroom is also smelly and dirty

Cuma private beach dan kolam aja yg bikin seneng disini. Ac kamar gak dingin, telpon di kamar gak bisa digunain, wastafel bocor bikin kamar jadi banjir, kamarnya gak dikasih pengharum ruangan, resepsionis gak responsif, dikamar susah sinyal, wifi hotel gak bisa di akses dri dalem kamar. Gak bakal mau balik lagi fixs
