The service was great, and they were very responsive.
If possible, please use fresh water for the pool. All the pools felt salty, and I'm not sure what the concept is there.
The breakfast was delicious.
The room was clean and spacious.
Thank you for the excellent service, Allisa!
We'll visit again next time.

This hotel has a relatively new building. It was maintained and clean. It connected to beach. Beautiful location. Staffs were nice, however, it lacks of trained staffs and the room service not 24 hours. The menu is very limited. So prepare for your own food as midnight food will not be served. No body at the front desk after 10 pm until 8 am in the morning.

The building still needs a lot of renovation because it is too old, the location is very strategic near the minimarket and has a beach area, but the swimming pool is a bit dirty and the tap in the room had quite a lot of black sand coming out.

Pelayanan baik rekomen bgt tempatnya langsung view pantai. Tapi untuk trip.com kurang berkenan masa pesan via trip.com malah dialokasikan ke agoda, sampe hotel malah bookingnya via agoda. Gak jelas bgt. Untung pihak hotel baik dan paham
