My stay at Tsetan Guest House in Leh was really nice. The location is very good, it's in a quiet neighborhood of Leh, but the distance to Mall Road is still walkable. Very peaceful terrace with many flowers. The family who runs the place is very kind. They have different room types, according to your choice. I stayed in the Basic Single room, as I'm on a low budget, but it was OK. Good bed, wifi and a very clean bathroom with solar-heated shower. I highly recommend Tsetan Guest House in Leh!

Stay was very pleasent, staff behavior very good. Good for family stay. Foods were delicious. Location main market of jammu

- The hotel location is good. The only challenge is the continuous railway announcements coming to you. But that is bearable. - The front desk is really helpful. I was tired from a trip and they helped me check in a couple of hours before the scheduled check-in time seeing my tiredness. - Good ambience overall with a separate dining area and secured lifts. - The toilet (room# 201) was dirty - specifically the WC. - Bathroom exhaust fan is too noisy. - No wardrobes. - Delayed service - asked for shower caps as caps are available on de***d only. It took almost an hour to deliver after repetitive calls. - They need to consider providing an electric water kettle in the room seriously. The common area service for tea/coffee and hot water is good. But does not provide the right level of service and comfort. - If someone wants to drink multiple glasses of warm water, the person needs to go and sit there. - Morning tea, you need to go outside the room I think considering the cost of an electric kettle, it could be more economical and ***ageable.
