Stay was comfortable. Clean rooms and good hospitality. Restaurant is good with fairly good choice of menu. Stay was pleasant with clean rooms, good staff giving attention to guests. Food was also good with moderately sufficient choices especially for vegetarian. Breakfast also has lot of variety with some live counters too. Overall a great stay.

We had wonderful 2 days at havon. Excellent rooms, stay, food, staff, facilities and more. Special thanks to pratheesh, balaji, muthu and a lady sorry i forgot her name. Rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. Food has wide variety and tasty. It’s a huge lit property so you can take a stroll day and late night. There is a small steam you can access via a small 500m trek to spend some quality time with nature. Kids have good play area and pool is neat and clean. Mountain view’s are pretty good too. Service is top notch too. Well mannered and cordial staff. All in all, well managed property with a couple of days to spend some quiet and quality time with a small or big group of people.

The stay was okay and good food items. However we have requested for hill view room to stay which were not occupied at the time our arrival. They simply given the room which is surrounded by buildings which we didn’t want to be in as we wanted to enjoy the nature view. Those rooms provided to the guests who had come after my arrival. We also mentioned that we are happy to wait until you make the arrangements, however they neglected my request by saying the rooms were full. Also mmt charged heavy charges for this room on this date, as the resort was charging 4k less than this. One more point to highlight was, we have requested for additional blanket in the night, it wasn’t addressed at all. Overall, an average customer service and room service. Nothing special to highlight.

I got this property from mm t and had a great stay with family. It is quite spacious room enough for a four member family. There is a attached belcony, two acs in room. The bathroom is large and clean. I will appreciate the hotel for cleanliness. Liked the hotel for food, it was great. The restaurant ***** with the hotel is a very good one.
