A perfect resort, with top-notch environment and service. We even got a free room upgrade! The next day, after check-out, they provided us with a new room and extended our check-out time until 4:30 PM, which was incredibly thoughtful.

Our stay in Ravello was one of the highlights of our Italian holiday. After visiting the beautiful but very busy towns of Amalfi, Positano and Capri, Ravello felt like a peaceful sanctuary high above the coast. Villa Amore was simply fantastic. Every morning we woke up to picture-postcard views across the Amalfi Coast that we'll never forget. Antonio, Salvadore and Natalia were exceptional hosts. They were warm, welcoming and always happy to help with local advice, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. One tip for future guests: be sure to book the porter service in advance. The medieval streets of Ravello are not accessible by car, and the final walk to the hotel includes steps and pedestrian lanes. The porter service made arriving and departing with our luggage effortless and is well worth arranging. If you're looking for breathtaking views, genuine hospitality and a peaceful base to explore the Amalfi Coast, I can't recommend Villa Amore highly enough. We leave with wonderful memories and would love to return one day.

The location of the Garden Hotel is very good, just at the entrance of the bus station. The hotel is equipped with a fast elevator to the pool and room. The restaurant and the front desk have a great location to enjoy the scenery. The general meal is also within 15-26. There is no price increase due to the location. And after I checked out, the hotel aunt issued me to use their pool. It's not because I enjoyed this benefit that I praised their facilities. It's true that I didn't go to any corners even if there was no waiter left to keep towels for guests to use or follow up. The hotel's pool really has to spend money to stay once to know what is quiet! I saw several restaurants on the road of the Garden Hotel. The pool is very noisy and there is no privacy on the road! This garden hotel is very quiet and privacy-conscious. It is also equipped with a snackbar next time in the pool! Very recommended!

Can it be so beautiful? It is the most beautiful hostel in France and Italy. It's off-season now, so there aren't many restaurants around. It was a good place to stay only here. Be sure to increase the option and book!

I love it so much Service: Because there are few Chinese people booking, the staff directly greeted our name after arriving at the front desk. The front desk lady helped with the luggage, and a young lady introduced various places in the town of ravello. In addition, the town bus timetable is posted on the front desk wall, and the staff can help you check it at any time. Breakfast: continental breakfast, coffee is great.

Very good hotel, the key is that the service is particularly good. If you have any questions before you go to the hotel, you will reply within almost 10 minutes. After arriving at the hotel, all the staff were very polite and felt like they were at home. The hotel's facilities and furnishings both reflect the Italian style and reveal extremely high-end. The hotel's private sea water is on the edge of the rock, there is no beach, but the service is particularly good. I think the quality of the sea water is average.

The highlight of this hotel is undoubtedly its stunning views and excellent location. It provides easy access to nearby attractions and offers a beautiful setting to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The only area for improvement would be staffing levels, as there seemed to be a shortage of staff at times, resulting in slower service. Nevertheless, I had a very enjoyable stay.
