GGuest UserIt's near Mt Fuji station to access train & intercity bus, within walk range. I book twin room with mountain view, all good, very clean, tidy, comfortable, & quiet (very good to catch deep sleep after your busy day traveling). Bathroom, washtafel, kitchen are shared in very good condition & comes in complete amenities & tools! They provide free coffee, tea, homemade bread, block ice, & all seasoning for cooking. Very nice!
*I forgot to capture bed & bathroom in empty condition, lol

GGuest UserIt was a perfect stay at Bessho Sasa my family and I really appreciated the superb service the staff provided my family (I travelled with my 88-year old mum so we had quite a lot of needs) with. I had left some items in the room and they promptly had it couriered to me in Tokyo. The dinners each night were very well prepared, each day was fun-filled with so many activities. The Taiko show was done so professionally I was surprised that the drummers were all staff of the resort!! I would love to re-visit the resort again some day.

KkykykyHonestly cleanliness wise, -1 for it being just a little dusty floor (but you have slippers) and you may see the wood furnitures has some scratches due to age but otherwise you can expect a clean space 😁 location is about 10 min walk to bus station, Lawson and theme park. Has shuttle bus service to Fujikyu Highland Bus station & vice versa, so you don't need to go through other transportation hassle with your luggage.
Service is impeccable with all friendly smiles and attention whenever they see you at their main service centre in the property. Every villa has rooftop full Mt Fuji view but if you want window Fuji view from inside your villa that will see your luck as you may be blocked by other villas. Nevertheless would recommend staying here for any family or group of friends. Decent facility to stay in and not go anywhere in Kawaguchiko too.

GGuest UserMany people criticize this B&B, so I'll say a few fair words. First of all, the landlord is an auntie who speaks a little English but not Chinese. She chatted with me in English when I checked in. Because it's a homestay, there are many rules, such as no smoking, throwing towels in a bamboo basket after taking a shower, trying to be quiet after 11pm, washing dishes after breakfast, etc. I live with my son, and these rules are not a big problem for us, so I feel good overall. And because I checked in before 8pm, the landlord sent breakfast, including bread, fried eggs, grilled sausage, and salad, which tasted really good.

AAerdeyisuoluyunThis hotel is super good. You can barbecue and cook by yourself. There is also a place to take a hot spring bath. The house is large and the facilities are complete. The price is reasonable. Next time my family comes to Mount Fuji, I will choose here again.

GGuest UserEverything was great, the only downside is that it's right next to the train tracks. I was woken up by a train around 5 AM, which meant I had to get up. But on the bright side, an early bird catches the worm, so I just got an early start on my sightseeing!

GGuest UserThe host was amazing, and the views were absolutely stunning! Loved it, highly recommend to everyone. I accidentally left my phone on the bus and couldn't communicate with the staff, but the hostess helped us out big time, which was super nice of her! 👍

SShennongjiasuoniIn the hotel's R1 room, you can even see Mount Fuji directly while lying down🥰The Japanese boss has a very good attitude towards Chinese people, and there is no problem communicating in English. The room is quite big for two people. There is a 711 and the very famous Inari Shrine within a five-minute walk, 100%💯💯💯

GGuest UserHotel has a very good location, very close to Fuji-Q bus station. It rather easy to find it. An ability to rent a bicycle, gives you a chance to get around Fujiyoshida and Fugikawaguchiko easily. We stayed in acottage style annex with an open air bath (onsen style), so we found it great. Plenty of space, two storey apartments and the bath outside make our experience much more better than we expected.

GGuest UserA fun glamping experience. I really think the cabins could benefit from management staying in them overnight from time to time - things like no hooks to hang things, dark and smoky vestibules outside the cabins, pots that don't work on induction heat etc. could be resolved.
But overall a well-managed place in a nice location.
