The hotel is a bit of a walk from the JR station, about 10 minutes. The room was very spacious, in a Japanese style, with a great view of the distant mountains. Free yukata were available in front of the elevators. The communal baths are on the first floor, with separate times for men and women that swap between day and night. The hot springs have both indoor and outdoor options, with many different types of pools to choose from, making for a very comfortable soak. There's also a large koi pond in the courtyard with some very plump fish. The lobby on the first floor is huge and sells a variety of items like clothes and fruit.

Their waiters are enthusiastic about work and treat guests with an amiable attitude, which makes the guests feel at ease. Lingwai is a self-driving traveler, and some difficulties in navigation can not be solved. I asked the waiter Xia Fei for help. She and other colleagues, worked hard and took a long time, and finally helped me solve the navigation problem. Buy a tatami room and you can see Mount Fuji in the room. We bought a standard room and we couldn't see Mount Fuji. Eating here is very cost-effective. Highly recommended
