SShriniWe really enjoyed our stay here. The room (Suzukaze) was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were top class, especially the staff who explained each dish with so much interest. And the onsen was so good, we didn’t feel like leaving!

GGuest UserIt had the atmosphere of a traditional hot spring inn, but the rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were also very polite. And the hot spring was really good. The open-air bath felt lukewarm because it was a free-flowing hot spring, probably because it was cold outside, but I enjoyed the indoor bath. The lounge was only open for a short time, so next time I think I don't need to get a plan that includes the lounge. I was able to purchase discount tickets to the nearby aquarium and red fox farm at the front desk. I would definitely like to visit again if I have the opportunity.

胖胖柯基I visited in early June and stayed for 2 nights. It turned from sunny to cloudy that day. Unfortunately, I didn't see the sunset. The lake view was beautiful. It was very hot in the room that day. I turned on the air conditioner but there was no wind at all, so I opened the window and just turned on the air conditioner. The wind was not blowing in from the direction of the window and we were sweating all the time. We had to call the front desk to ask if we could change rooms, but the answer was no, even though we had just arrived in the room. The front desk said they could provide electric fans, so we used them for 2 days, but it was really hot and it was very difficult to sleep at night because the quilt and bed were thick. I kept sweating while lying on them, and my face and body were sticky and itchy. Yes, people coming in summer should pay attention to air conditioning issues. It would be better to go there in autumn or winter.

GGuest UserIt was about a 10-minute walk from Kitami Station, and the roads were easy to follow and accessible. It was a good deal even though it was the summer season, and the fact that there was a small bath was great for washing off the sweat.
The room was a single Japanese-style room, but the futon was already laid out, so I was able to lie down right away. With this type of room, the toilet is shared and not in the room, but it is still reasonably priced.
I stayed with a plan that included breakfast, and the breakfast was a single plate of Japanese food, and the rice was free to serve from the rice cooker, and it was delicious.
