Obihiro Hotels with Parking

Nice room with big window and big screen. Onsen is very clean and private. Staff service very nice. Breakfast is good even though in trip.com say is 900yen but they charge me 1200yen. Parking need to pay for 600yen per night, i hope it can have more detail on the website. No check out process. Overall very good experience. Will come back again

I used a five-day pass for my trip to Shiretoko Five Lakes, Abashiri, and Kushiro-Obihiro in Hokkaido. Obihiro is just over a two-hour drive from Sapporo, offering easy access to Kushiro Marsh and convenient transportation to Sapporo and Noboribetsu. The convenience of a single-person stay was the key reason I chose Obihiro. One minor complaint was the mixed-gender bunk beds on the first floor, and the lack of signage for the restrooms and showers was a major drawback. Breakfast was served in the lobby downstairs, and there were very affordable izakayas nearby. Jr. Obihiro Station is about a 700-meter walk away, and there's a bus to Koufuku Station right in front of the station. I love the Japanese countryside; every spot offers unique scenery and delicious food.

The surrounding hotels were very expensive and I was wondering what to do, but then I found one at the last minute for a reasonable price so I made a reservation. The interior is typical of a Toyoko Inn, but the building is new and clean. The rice balls at breakfast were freshly made and very delicious.

The bath is a moor hot spring, and although the tub isn't very large, it left my skin feeling smooth and silky, which was great. I had the impression that there weren't many amenities. The breakfast didn't seem to be very filling. It was a bit difficult to find a parking space, and the next morning, when I left the hotel and headed to the parking lot, the road in front of the hotel entrance had poor drainage, so I couldn't avoid the rainwater and my shoes got soaked, which was quite a challenge.

The interior of this former love hotel has been renovated, and the atmosphere has changed quite a bit. While the exterior looks exactly the same, you wouldn't recognize it at first glance once you go up to the second floor. There's an undeniable lack of explanation. For example, how to enter the garage. What was extremely inconvenient was the lack of hanger hooks, let alone hangers, let alone closets. Am I supposed to just throw my clothes on the sofa after undressing? I was relieved that they lent me hangers after I sent an inquiry.

This is the best accommodation for a family of 3-4 people. If you book the largest possible room, it's excellent value for money! The location is also absolutely perfect. : )

Great location, with a lot of great restaurants in walking distance. Room is so small that it was hard to open two luggage’s at the same time. But the cleanliness is impeccable. However, the public bath was kind of disgusting, full of black mold. I decided not to dip myself in the mold soup.

It was very clean and comfortable. It's a bit of a walk from the station, so it might be a bit difficult to get to if you have large luggage. The amenities were adequate, and although the facilities were a bit old, I had no complaints. Breakfast was free and very delicious.
