The breakfast is quite good, with a buffet style and a decent variety of options, including some local dishes, which makes it more enjoyable than a typical business hotel breakfast. The location is very convenient, just a few minutes from Tokushima Station. Overall, it offers good value for money, though the room is a bit small and facilities are basic.

I stayed here for two nights during my trip. It is a Japanese-style inn with an old-fashioned feel, and there are steps in the toilet and bathroom, so be careful. Also the Onsen is not directly in Agnes but in the also Related hotel directly from Agnes, about 15 m from the street, railway station, shops, bus station in about 250 m distance. For me in terms of price / performance an optimal hotel. I felt very well there and would stay there anytime again.
