GGuest UserThe first impression one gets is that one is arriving in a ”dark” and dangerous area but it seems this is an area that is gentrifying and is very safe. The apartment complex itself was surprsingly modern, clean, well look after and well equipped for the comfort of those coming in for short or long stays. It's important to specifically mention one element that makes this place work so well and stay so well kept, the lady who met us and took care of the administrative stuff, Joanna, is an absolute GEM! She may look like just a simple caretaker but she made all the difference for us. She was pleasant, welcoming, supportive and ready to assist at the drop of a hat. She is efefctively doing the work of a ”Hotel Manager”, because she does the hard work of cleaning, overseeing maintenance, laundry, etc and yet, she is effectively the facilities Public Relations Officer and handles the administrative aspects. So, I hope her employers recognise what a great employee they have and compensate her accordingly. One suggestion for the owners, they have really fantastic thick towels but a simple trick I use in my own house is to buy a simple electric dryer, not to dry the laundry but, once the towels have been dried in the sun, run them through the dryer at moderate to high heat for 15-20 minutes and they'll be mice, soft and fluffy, otherwise, after a few washes, they start getting a little scratchy and rough on the skin. It was a truly pleasantly suprising comfortable stay.

PPA &We recently finished our holiday to Kenya and Tanzania at Voyager Resort. We were both surprised to find I'd booked an all inclusive package and it was excellent! Our booked garden view room ending up having a view of the ocean. It was amazing. Great staff, really good food, same with the included drinks. Loved the Outlook Bar. It's a big resort but it didn't ever feel crowded. Now if they could have just guaranteed the sun it would have been perfect :)

GGuest UserI enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Excellent location and very friendly staff. The food was also so delicious. I checked in on my birthday and I happened to mention while checking it at the from desk. The hotel was kind enough to surprise me with cake at dinner. That absolutely made my day. Forever grateful for that .
The only issue was that there was a lot of furniture in the room making it cramped up yet it was a spacious room . The hotel can also improve on cleanliness in unseen places such as under the beds and tables. Other than that, I highly recommend the hotel their rates are pretty reasonable and there’s value for money.

The rooms were spacious and bright, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the facilities were complete. The staff were warm and courteous, always quick to meet my needs. My stay here was absolutely fantastic, highly recommended!
2. I must give this hotel a huge thumbs up! The hotel environment is elegant, and the decor is exquisite. The rooms are clean and tidy, with attention to detail. The food is also delicious and varied. The service is impeccable, making me feel right at home. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.
3. This stay at this hotel was a very pleasant experience. The hotel's location is very convenient, with complete surrounding amenities. The rooms are comfortable and cozy, with good soundproofing. The hotel staff are all very warm and attentive, with excellent service. I truly believe this is a trustworthy and excellent hotel.
4. I am extremely satisfied with this hotel! Both the hardware facilities and the software services are top-notch. The rooms are stylishly decorated, and all the equipment works perfectly. The hotel staff are professional and friendly, making my stay a wonderful experience. Five stars without hesitation!

GGuest UserThe Cocoa Boutique is a hotel with a lot of potential. The rooms are clean and very spacious but the decor is old and in need of renovation.
The location is excellent, right on the beach with great ocean views. The staff can not do enough for you especially the ladies on Reception!
The pool itself is lovely and clean however the few sun loungers available are in need of replacement and there is very little shade.
The food from the restaurant was very good and freshly cooked. We were late arriving and they stayed to ensure we had our evening meal. On another night we informed them we would not be back in time for dinner so they sent us the menu by What’s App and kept food for us on our return.
We had a lovely stay at Cocoa Boutique but it would have been even better had the decor been brought up to standard.

DDanThe location is peaceful. An older facility, somewhat run-down, but clean and orderly. Would suggest a bit more attention to beautifying the grounds, plastering and painting at the gate. The staff was friendly and responsive. The room was comfortable. A/C working well. Shower brought warm water eventually. We had a room service each day with fresh towels and bottles of water. TV was fine but not an internet TV. wi-fi was a bit spotty and slow. Room opened up to a nice patio which overlooked the pool. The patio is shared with another room. In our case there was a fairly lively family next door.
The pool is well maintained and pool area is pleasant. It is a shallow pool throughout.

TTravHubIt is located perfectly for travel to the airport, so the convenience is certainly a reason to stay here. The staff were all pleasant, but the rooms could use air-conditioning as it is a hot country. They have a restaurant downstairs inside the hotel, but choices are limited and the breakfast was very ordinary. The restaurant they have next door was a total waste of time and money. We ordered the grilled chicken and waited over 1hr for it to arrive, and when it did it was dry overcooked chicken that was like chewing on a rubber boot. We couldn't finish the meal because it was just inedible and not at all a good meal by any standards. Their cold drinks are not very cold and they do not have ice. Oh, but for them it is more important to have an ignorant DJ playing music so loud we had trouble hearing ourselves talking. We asked nicely if they could have the music volume lowered a little but our request was just ignored by the DJ. It is a restaurant not a night club and the music was just too loud for a restaurant. So I would give this place a 0 star rating because it was terrible.
