The hotel is clean. There is no breakfast. The parking lot is small, but there is a paid parking lot on the roadside and there are plenty of spaces. The TV is big. It's cool.

I added a day's schedule during my trip and found it in a cheap place. I was so satisfied than I thought it was a place I went without much expectation Pros - The rooftop was really good. There are popcorn machines, coffee machines, pcs, tables and chairs, general and food trash cans, so it's really the best. Especially the sunset seen on the rooftop!! - The location was good. There are many restaurants nearby and it's good to go for a walk to the beach nearby. - It was good to have a shower and toilet - Big bed and big TV. Cons: - It's a motel, so it's not a good environment to come with kids. - Room is very small and window is small and stuffy - It was okay to arrive early, but I don't think there's a parking space when I come in the evening. Very good value for money if you are a couple, a child is young or just sleeping in the room! It was a good time, so the time spent with the kids on the rooftop was a very good memory. I don't recommend it very much in midsummer and midwinter rainy weather or snowy weather.

It feels like a less motel motel! Or a little long one-room feeling ㅋㅋ It doesn't feel like a hotel at all, so I think I can throw away my expectations. I want to have a different atmosphere if I had an ocean view ~ Still, it's a full book during the holiday season, but I think the price was not bad for about 100,000 won ~

Overall satisfied. It's an old building, but there's no smell of cigarettes. However, the surrounding area is a nightlife, so there is a little noisy at night.
