Seongnam Hotels with Parking

The hotel location was excellent — there were so many restaurants nearby, and the Hyundai Department Store being less than a 5-minute walk away was a huge plus. All of the staff were incredibly kind and helped carry our luggage all the way to our room. They also greeted us warmly every time we entered the hotel. The hotel has a great fitness center and a swimming pool, although we didn’t get a chance to use the pool during this visit. I’m already planning to stay at this hotel again this fall. I absolutely loved the hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone planning to visit Korea.

First, the soundproofing is seriously lacking. I can hear everything from the TV to the next room. The most inconvenient part was the step at the bathroom entrance, which made it uncomfortable to walk around and cause accidents. When I used the shower, water overflowed onto the sink and didn't drain properly, making my slippers wet. A glass partition is needed. There's no towel rack next to the sink or bathtub, which is inconvenient. I'd like to see a towel rack installed for convenience.

Parking is provided by the hotel staff – they pick up and drop off cars, which is convenient. The room is spacious, with plenty of mirrors. Cleaning is daily, with linens and towels changed and water refilled in the refrigerator. On the 10th floor, there's a fully equipped kitchen with utensils. The room includes a kettle, microwave, refrigerator, and clothes dryer, which is extremely convenient in the humid climate. We loved everything about it.

I made a second reservation because of the great location, and as expected, the facilities were clean and comfortable. It was also conveniently located with restaurants and other amenities nearby.

The location was good. It was very near from Seohyun station. But the first problem was there wasn't any double locking system on the door. I was so anxious at night cuz I needed to sleep alone. And the bathtub wasn't clean. So, if you wanna use the bathtub, you need to clean it up yourself before using it. And when I called the desk to ask how to use the shampoo, conditioner, etc, I thought the staff wasn't kind. In conclusion, it's very enough just one visiting no more.

If you like to start your day with some fresh air and exercise, you’ll love how easy it is to access the stadium and surrounding paths. Aside from the amazing location, the hotel offers a very clean and comfortable stay. The room was tidy and well-maintained, and the bed was fresh and cozy, making it easy to relax after a long day. The heating and air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the room comfortable regardless of the season. The bathroom had all the essentials, and both the water pressure and hot water were excellent. The staff were friendly, responsive, and check-in/check-out was quick and smooth. One of the staff members, who seems to be the owner, speaks excellent English, which made communication very easy. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and public transportation is very accessible, so getting around is simple even if it’s your first time in Seongnam. Overall, this hotel is an excellent value for money and especially ideal for those who enjoy staying active while traveling. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The room is clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff are also very friendly. The hotel is close to the subway station, making it very convenient to get around. I would definitely stay here again next time if I have the chance.

This is a very good hotel for the price. It was clean, very very well heated(especially important in wintertime) and even had a very nice clean bathroom and bathtub. The bathtub was especially nice and big and comfortable to relax in. This hotel is located very near Sunae metro station and also relatively near Jeongja metro station. Jeongja station will get you downtown pretty quickly while Sunae is on the Bokjeong(I think) line which has a lot on it. The staff was very helpful and the area was safe even at night. There are many options for eating, fast-food and higher tier options as well. No, not a luxury hotel, but definitely a good price considering the location, convenience, and helpful staff.

It's great to stay in here. The owner is so kind. The room is clean and the bathroom too. The building look old but the room is no, so far its so good to stay in there!! But I forgot to put the trash in outside. Im really sorry, i forgot it:)

A long time has passed, and I have forgotten some things, but I saw a cockroach when I first moved into the room and I have never forgotten it. Fortunately, I only stayed there for one night.
