Dear Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca Team,
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible experience we had during our honeymoon at your hotel. The welcoming decorations in our room, adorned with beautiful rose flowers, made our stay truly special.
I would like to give a special mention to Aida, who took exceptional care of us throughout our visit. Every time we needed assistance, she was there, ensuring our comfort and happiness.
Additionally, I want to thank the front desk manager, Samiya Bernoussi, for accommodating our request for a late check-out after we learned about our flight delay. Your attentiveness and kindness are greatly appreciated.
Thank you once again to all the staff for making our honeymoon unforgettable.
Sincerely,

Guest UserStaying at Riad Old City Palace was pure magic – a hidden oasis in Fez’s bustling medina that felt like stepping into a warm Moroccan dream. The atmosphere is enchanting: intricate zellige tiles, cozy lounges with plush cushions, and a serene riad courtyard that whispers tranquility amid the city’s chaos. It’s the kind of place where every corner invites you to relax and soak in the authentic charm.
The staff? Outstanding! From the moment we arrived, they were like family – incredibly friendly, always available with smiles and genuine care. Whenever we had doubts about anything (taxis, markets, hidden spots), they were there, patiently answering questions, always picking up the phone promptly, and even guiding us with precise directions to local gems. They made our trip seamless and stress-free.
Food highlights were next-level. The late-night teas were a lifesaver after long days exploring – aromatic mint tea served with warmth and perfect sweetness under the stars. Dinners were flavorful feasts of tagines, couscous, and fresh salads that burst with local spices. Breakfast? A lavish spread of fluffy pancakes, fresh fruits, cheeses, and endless Moroccan pastries – we never wanted to leave the table!
This riad is simply a nice place run by the best team. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts – we strongly recommend it to everyone visiting Fez. We’ll be back!

Justin2006This hotel is fantastic! It's a Chinese hotel, and the rooms are clean and beautiful. The Chinese breakfast is also delicious. It's a really great hotel. There are Chinese supermarkets and other Chinese elements nearby, which is convenient for everyday shopping.

The hotel has been around for a while, and some of the facilities are a bit outdated. However, it's very close to the old town, making it super convenient for shopping both in front of and behind the hotel. The swimming pool is fantastic, and the breakfast is incredibly rich and varied.

The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the train station, tram stop, shopping center, and the embankment. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The room is small, but everything is very well thought out. The comfortable bed, down comforters, and pillows are perfect for rest after long walks. A few areas could use some cosmetic renovations, and the place could be cleaner, but overall, this didn't affect the quality of our stay. We liked the hotel.

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. My personal opinion the hotel does not worth a 5-star, the bathroom is quite old, the curtains and the windows of the rooms do not close properly so it does not make very warm in the room knowing that heating does not The hotel has a few parking places reserved for the guests.

Good hotel in terms of location, delicious breakfasts, and spacious rooms with daily housekeeping.
Downsides:
1. Annoying bellboy who doesn't take no for an answer. After being asked to leave us alone, he continued to offer unnecessary services.
2. Also, by some strange coincidence, immediately after check-in, we were disturbed in our room twice. Someone knocked separately to bring water and tea/coffee sachets, and then a few minutes later, the kettle was brought separately. I don't understand why they couldn't bring everything at once (check-in was in the evening, much later than 3 PM).
3. There were no mugs in the room (perhaps they were supposed to be brought when they addressed downside #2, but after the second visit, we put up the 'do not disturb' sign).
4. The shower gel was as thin as water; it was impossible to use.
Otherwise, it was good.

My husband and I were pleased with our stay. Comfortable firm mattresses, two rolls of toilet paper, and cool water during the day, which gets warmer in the evening.
The hotel is located next to a busy road, so it's difficult to get any rest during the day, as even with the windows closed, you can constantly hear cars honking and passing. At night, there's practically no traffic. This is probably the only drawback.
Breakfast isn't very varied, offering a variety of pastries, porridge, omelets, and the like.
