Very Good
LLINThe location is excellent, in the old town, very close to the sights. The door can be parked for 20 dirhams a day. The terrace has a good view, the hotel is decorated in a style and the service is warm. The only thing is that the room has no outward windows, but the overall is very good.

GGuest UserThis hotel is better than it looks in many ways. The AC could be bigger, the power outlets could be more(total of 3 if you unplug the TV), an elevator would be nice, the bed could be fancier. But the bottom line is this place offers solid front desk service(though they don't pick up the phone when you call to ask for a taxi to pick you up), who are attentative to guest safety, and are straightforward with the cost (they didn't try to force us to pay extra fees). The whole hotel looks historical and classy and a bit old, but is very well taken care of: it is spotless clean, no bugs and no smells, which was a concern of ours. While a city square nearby had a noisy concert till past 2 am, the hotel itself is alcohol free, keeping the inside quiet and clean.
The AC wasn't freezing, but it eventually cooled down the room to very comfortable levels.
The bathroom was surprisingly spacious, and while there was soap and towels, there was no shampoo.

NNadiaFranchement l’accueil très agréable, le personnel était à l’écoute Je me sentais comme à la maison mais le seul problème c’est les grands patrons ne viennent même pas arranger un peu pour les employés travaillent correctement car ce qui manque vraiment la clim à l’accueil et quelques réparation  mais les personnel me considère vraiment comme leur propre famille

YYaoyaoThe hotel's large room, a big bed, a small bed, the big bed is big enough to sleep four people, but facing the street, there is a car sound; The hotel's twin room, the room is less than 15 square meters, the space is small, but quiet, the bathroom in the room is small, there is no bath liquid, the towel is stiff, I don't know how many years have not been replaced, the room equipment is simple, there is no mineral water. Breakfast is simple, no fruit, stay for two days, breakfast on the next day is not available on time. The front desk staff is very good at work.
