MMuammer CiderVery nice and authentic feel to the hotel. Room is as in pictures, comfortable and clean. Pool was a bit small to use. Limited breakfast choice for early risers but everything was tasty. Definitely a recommend.

AAnonymous UserThe truth is, it's a very nice place, the cave is fabulous, the water is very good. The hotel is a little less spacious than I thought it would be. The staff is friendly and very attentive to your needs. Regarding the location, it's fine. I have no complaints in general... I only had one problem... one night, upon entering my room, I noticed a very strong smell of urine or cat poop, I don't know. I mentioned it to the front desk, and their response was evasive... the lady argued that what smelled like that was the material the ceilings are made of... that was unbelievable... I didn't like this. In any case, there should have been more complaints, and according to what the front desk told me, there weren't. I complained, we sat down to dinner and when we came back it didn't smell anymore...what they did we don't know 🙂↔️ I think they must have forgotten to pick up the kittens' waste....This was unpleasant... I still liked it except for this...

GGuest UserIt is not far from the Valladolid AOD bus terminal and 5 minutes from the cathedral and the park. In addition to the advantage of location, the hotel rooms are large and convenient as they provide microwaves and dishes. The hotel has a good atmosphere and is a hotel worth recommending.

CChris...The hotel is very well located, near the central Valladolid square and the church of San Servacio. There was a little moisture on the wall of the room but they are smaller details.
We miss some recommendations from food sites or activities in the area, but the treatment was kind, I recommend.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Casa Bamboo. The room was very spacious and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The only small downside is that the pool is quite small, but overall it was still a great stay and we would happily return.

GGuest UserIt is a homestay type accommodation. The staff are very enthusiastic and you can park for free in the yard. The breakfast is great, and it is a little far from the center. The bathroom is not separated from dry and wet, resulting in a very slippery bathroom floor after bathing. There will be neighbors in the middle of the night and early in the morning. Of course, the owner can't do anything about it.
