Need to improve cleanliness. When I first stepped my feet in the house, the tiles felt not clean enough, require mopping. The bathroom smelt like ciggarete and I got headache from it. But overall, it's ok because it is near to KLIA. I just needed a place to stay for 1 night before catching my flight in the early morning.

The towels provided by the accommodation are not absorbent at all. The hair dryer is not very easy to use. The hair cannot be dried at all. The nearby cockroaches can order takeaways, but as a transit accommodation, it is enough.

Had a pleasant short stay in Sepang. The location is great — very convenient to Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and nearby the Kota Warisan area, making it perfect for business trips or short transit stays around the airport vicinity. Check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the host was responsive throughout, which made the overall experience pleasant. In terms of cleanliness, there is some room for improvement in housekeeping as the unit was slightly dusty, and there were some mould stains and smell in the toilet. However, considering the price paid, it was still reasonable overall.

Great stay at this facility and my family enjoyed so much. Great facilities and easy to find food as well.

Tips: Remember to take photos/videos when checking out (send to the landlord) Service: The landlord is very nice. Call/add the landlord's WeChat before check-in and he will guide you in detail Hygiene: OK, but there are some ants on the kitchen table (I told the landlord immediately to avoid trouble later) Environment: A little noisy Facilities: No washing machine!

This hotel is clean, strategically located near to Thai restaurant and safe area. It is easy to call for grabcar in this area and 15-20mins away from KL airport.

I do not recommend it for girls who travel alone. It feels like you've ended up in a male dorm. They walked freely along the corridor with only a towel around their waist, and were constantly sitting in the ”kitchen” area and chatting. Someone next door was banging on the wall all night for some reason, I think there was plasterboard there. In general, I did not meet a single girl there, I think 95% were men. This is not an experience, considering that for some reason there is a mini lamp near each door that shows whether there is a person inside or not. The feeling of security is a minus. In general, there is just a box and a bed inside, quite comfortable. Due to the carpet, you feel normal inside this box, unlike when they like to make tiles. The shower... I don't know if you can call it a shower, because inside the public toilet, right above the toilet, there is just a shower head. Barely alive in a narrow toilet. I did not take a shower there. I booked to rest for a few hours before a transfer, so it's normal, the expectation is reality.

Simple room to stay.. Affordable price.. Clean.. Small space.. I took twin bed superior.. Water heater available.. AC functioning.. Has eatery nearby..

The most important thing is to arrive and be able to relax. Unfortunately, the sheets and linen didn't look fresh, but rather as if they had already been slept in. The owner couldn't change the linen or switch rooms. The sofa is extremely dirty, it's unpleasant to even go near it. Overall, there's a separate living room and bedroom, which would be great if everything could actually be used. All the kitchen utensils are greasy. The lamp and nightstand in the bedroom look dirty, dusty, and had hair on them. The bathroom looked good. However, the hot water was either scalding hot or non-existent, due to the type of boiler installed.
