Great Stay at a Brand New Hotel – Comfortable, Spacious & Family-Friendly! We stayed at the KSL Esplanade Hotel for a family trip of 4 and booked the 2-Bedroom Suite. Since it’s a newly opened hotel, all the facilities were sparkling clean and in top-notch condition. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and would definitely return! Room & Amenities: The suite was fantastic. The highlight was the master bathroom's oversized bathtub—extremely spacious and luxurious! Toiletries were generous, and the shower gel and shampoo smelled amazing. They also thoughtfully provided large eco-friendly glass bottles of drinking water. Soundproofing & Layout: Outstanding sound insulation! My kids were watching TV in the adjoining room at a loud volume, but we couldn't hear a thing from our bedroom. The suite comes with 3 bathrooms (including a powder room in the living room), which was super convenient for a family of four. Bed & Sleep Quality: The bed was remarkably comfortable—we all slept soundly through the night. The only tiny improvement would be adding extra pillows, as each bed only had one. Breakfast: Included in our room price (around 750 per night standard, though I managed to reduce it to 650 with promos and Trip Coins). At ~45 per head, the breakfast feels a bit overpriced unless you are a big eater, especially with so many dining options at the adjacent shopping mall. Parking & Accessibility: Parking is shared with the mall and can be quite confusing on your first visit due to unclear directional signs. It might be slightly inconvenient for families with toddlers and heavy luggage. Also, elevators can be a bit slow during peak hours, but they run very fast otherwise (from G to 21st floor). Overall, a solid option in Klang with impressive rooms and comfortable bedding. Highly recommended!

Hotel was OK. The toilet was quite clean but the shower flow was very slow and the toilet wall a bit mouldy. No clothes hanging area provided. TV connection was very poor. The pillow is very thin, pillow cover and duvet were a bit smelly. The towels provided were turned to black/ grey even it was white. Luckily, I've brought my own one.

Seriously good value! 💃🏻🥳 I got a super cheap price, just over 50 for a weekday and over 80 for the weekend. The hotel is really clean, the water pressure is great, and there's even a smart TV! Plus, there's a water filter right outside the room, which is so convenient. The sheets and pillowcases are all clean, and they even provide a hairdryer!

The room is ok. Bed, mattress, pillow, blanket ok. Even if the towel is thin, it's ok. Clean toilets. A lot of mineral water. There are electric kettles and cups available. Iron and board the outside. Everything is worth the price Just one of the things that can be improved 1. The lobby and stairs smell musty and unpleasant. There should be good ventilation to remove the smell 2. The outside window has a lot of fungus, it's funny to see, had to close the curtains 3. The air cond is not very cold

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The place was very comfortable with a classic and cozy feel, making it easy to relax throughout our stay. The host was friendly and helpful, always responsive to our needs. We especially enjoyed the outdoor BBQ area—it was a great spot to spend time together. Highly recommended!

Stayed here few times already, always satisfied, this time stayed top floor queen bedroom, lift works well, provided with toothbrush & toothpaste, coffee & tea, big electric pot & mugs, clothes rack with few hangers, tables & power points on both sides of bed, hot & cold shower (wait short while for water to get hot), aircon old with controller stuck to the wall but it's cold enough once you set it right, TV channels blurry but we didn't watch anyway, WiFi internet speed good, outside room has hot cold water dispenser, every floor in fact, few shops away is yong taufu noodles, behind hotel is kopitiam & many other eateries breakfast, lunch & dinner, convenient if you wanna just walk over for food, ample street parking, pay with TnG app only Mon - Fri, Sat & Sun free, surrounding is many businesses but after working hrs very quiet already

The house is very spacious, neat and clean. Suitable for a big group size of family (no issue for 20 pax) and 2 parking lots is available. The location is very safe, convenient and easy to access to food centre and convenient stores like 99Speedmart shop. The only comment is body and hair shampoo are not fully equipped in each bathroom. Suggest to prepare your own toiletry set or check with customer service. Overall of the stay is satisfying and recommended.

The location was very strategic. Very near to port klang KTM station. Can reach by walking distance. Room was nice n air cond quite good. So comfy. Toilet good n clean. Easy to check in n check out. Staff was friendly

Its a budget hotel. The location is good, close to shops and restaurants. But the requirement for deposit is quite annoying. The receptionist insisted me to pay it by cash. Why in this era we are still using cash? I need to withdraw outside and come back later. So annoying. The cleanliness is generally ok. No smell. Bathroom is clean. But the smell of cigarettes from other occupants annoys me. But its budget hotel anyway. No smoking rule can be breached anyway. So why bother?
