⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Great Stay with Excellent Service** I had a wonderful stay at STARZ Hotel Kluang. I loved the bedroom—it was comfortable and well-maintained. The bathroom was spacious, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped, including a hair dryer. What really stood out was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. Unfortunately, my car tyre got punctured during our stay. The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful and quickly directed us to the nearest tyre shop, which was conveniently located just at the end of the block. Even after we had checked out, she kindly allowed us to remain in our room while waiting for the tyre shop to open. Communication was seamless through both phone calls and WhatsApp, making the whole experience stress-free. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with great service, excellent communication, and caring staff. I truly appreciate their hospitality and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended! 😊🏨✨

Other hotels I've stayed at have daily housekeeping, but here there isn't any unless you call for it. I'm not sure if that's standard policy here. Thanks.

A good budget hotel on the main road. The staff is helpful and nice, they helped me to park my bicycle next to the reception for safety. Ideal for short stay. Room is clean and amenities are sufficient. The main problem is Internet does not work.

Nearby there are many nice restaurants. The room is very spacious. Unfortunately the aircon remote control is not working. Need to swift off entirely if too cold. Need to take stairs to go to our room on the 1st floor. Overall it was a good stay.

The hygiene is good and the location is great. Parking is convenient too. The only minor inconvenience is the lack of an elevator, which might be an issue for those with mobility difficulties. It's not far from the city center, and dining and shopping options are easily accessible.

It was a nice stay here, everything was in digital automatic operated, example, digital door lock, there are water dispenser. Just there is no elevator, not covenient for people who might having back injury, that not covenient to move heavy upstairs.

Overall, it is possible to simply stay for one night. The bed in the room is quite big and it is OK to sleep, but the room space will be smaller. If there is more luggage, the activity space will be slightly limited. The hotel provides mineral water, the lobby also has a water dispenser, you can install cold water and hot water, which is quite convenient. The lobby is available 24 hours a day, which is also more reassuring. The location is very convenient, there are many restaurants nearby, opposite KFC, there is also Pizza Hut next to it, it is easy to find food. There is a parking in front of the hotel, but you need to pay for it yourself. The taste of the corridor outside is not ideal, which would be better if it could be improved. Overall suitable for a simple overnight or short stay. If the is staying for one day, the location is convenient, the basic equipment is also available, or OK.

Old, simple, very basic, budget hotel. There is a coffee shop that is open in the morning, just 1 door away, along the main street. For dinner, you will have to walk slightly further away, towards the train station to get a large variety of stalls to choose from. This hotel does not have vehicle parking. You will have to park your car across the street in a paid parking area.

peace & quiet landed property. Easily feed 20 pax. Great communication with management.
