Kota Setar Hotels with Parking

I will definitely come here again. It was the best decision ever to stay here because the room complete with 4 pillows, superb king bed, smart TV and Young Living aroma. My room does have the balcony and enjoy watching the road scene.

Very good price valued accommodation with well standard of cleanliness and comfort, and spacious parking. High recommendation for travel around Alor Setar which convenient to reach good city central and foods.

We had a wonderful stay at Star City Hotel for Hari Raya! As always, we look forward to staying here whenever we visit our hometown. The hotel is comfortable, convenient, and the staff are friendly. This time, our studio was very close to the air-conditioning compressor, which was quite loud – as a light sleeper, it made sleeping a bit difficult. We did request a room change, but due to the busy Raya period, no rooms were available, which we completely understand. Overall, still a great experience and we will definitely return!

I had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around. Overall, my experience far exceeded expectations. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit and highly recommend it to my friends!

The rooms are abit cramp just the size of a queen bed but the toilet is big enough. The Aircon works well.Just that no lift to upper floors. So 1 room at ground floor n 1 upstairs. At night it is quiet noisy as the lorry n trucks came to park nearby. This hotel looks new. The reception is friendly n informative. Nicely to stay for the price. Value for money. Simple setting

Well service standard excellent I'm very happy.. With the check in process very quick.. The room was nice and cozy, the bed was so comfortable even the shower was great.. With very good & strong water pressure.. Very pleased with almost everything except for the breakfast a little bit disappointed & most of the food serve not much verity & strangely cold with most of the food warmer not working or switch off.. Well anyway I had a pleasant stay.. Thank you very much.. The Jerai Hotel.. Alor Star.. Keep up the good work 👍💪

Limited car park but guarded. I could hear the phone ringing from the counter.

The hotel is in the city center with plenty of parking. The rooms are medium to large in size. Within 500 meters, there are many dining options and a landmark shopping mall. The front desk service was excellent, with very friendly smiles. I recommend improving cleanliness and pest control, especially for cockroaches.

So far okey je sebab untuk tidur Tuala ada kotoran yg tak boleh hilang Lock pintu ada skru yang patah, Dan terima kasih bersihkan katil disebabkan anak buah sy terkencing. Mungkin dia ngigau masa dlm bus dia tak tahan nak terkencing dan ibu sy suruh kencing dalam botol, ketawa tak berhenti dan hilang rasa nak terkencing. Ni je gambar masa dekat hotel.

The hotel was okay, but the toilet flushed very poorly. The water pressure in the shower was weak. The bedding didn't seem fresh, so we asked for the sheets and pillowcases to be changed, and they did it. There's a pool at the hotel, but it was full of kids (maybe a sports group), all wearing swim caps. We decided not to swim with them.
