The apartment is great for a short-term stay, with complete facilities for cooking, washing clothes, and other daily needs, making it feel just like home. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and everything we needed was available for a convenient stay. The jungle-themed concept is also really unique and gives the place a cozy, relaxing, and refreshing atmosphere. It’s a nice change from the usual hotel experience. The customer service and admin team at Nest Home were very helpful and responsive. They replied quickly to our questions and were always willing to assist whenever we needed help, making the whole stay smooth and hassle-free. Overall, we really enjoyed our 2nd stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

The hotel is new, and the one-bedroom unit I booked was spacious and comfortable for two people. The location is also quite good — slightly away from central JB, so it is more peaceful and quiet. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. Housekeeping seems to be short of manpower and needs better training. When I checked in, the floor was very dusty and dirty, as though it had not been properly cleaned after the previous guest. The lifts are also vwry slow and do not seem to be programmed well to handle the number of floors and guests. There were also guests going up and down to the pool and gym with wet clothes, leaving the lift floor wet. This made the lift experience even worse. Response through WhatsApp can also be slow, and sometimes there was no response. I requested a few items but had to send reminders before they were delivered. The car park was another concern. When I arrived for check-in and returned on the first night, the car park was very dark with no lights on, which felt spooky. However, on my last night, the lights were on and there was a security guard on standby, which was much better. Overall, this hotel has good potential, but it seems to lack the manpower needed to operate and maintain it properly. Since the property is still new, I hope management will put more effort into housekeeping, maintenance and service so that the condition does not deteriorate over time.

Check-in was a breeze, and they held our luggage, which was super convenient. The room itself was comfortable. The rooftop infinity pool and sky garden were an amazing surprise! The only downside is that dining options in the immediate area are limited, with just one mall nearby for food.

Location is close to Lego Park but pretty far from city central and CIQ. Room is good and fairly clean. A bit noisy as apparently the neighbors upstairs was loud even at late night. Since it’s not too close to eatery and stuffs, I ordered food and drinks delivered by Grab which will need to pick up at the Security Office at Gate

The management service is unsatisfactory. I have stayed here several times and encountered various issues on every occasion. ✘ Check-in was delayed, yet we still waited over an hour to complete the procedure upon arrival. During the wait, we were even offered alternative rooms as our designated room was not ready. ✘ No check-in guidelines were sent by the management after booking. We only got informed at the security gate that entry permission could only be granted after receiving official notification from the management team. ✘ There were obvious hygiene problems in the room. A strong lingering cooking fume odour filled the space, and the floor was greasy. ✘ We can only contact the management via messages with no available phone calls. Their responses are always slow, leaving guests waiting uncertainly and putting us in a passive position. ✘ Refund was not processed promptly after check-out. No payment was received days later, and we had to take the initiative to follow up and claim the refund. Positive points： ✔ The security team maintains strict access control. ✔ The accommodation price is reasonable. *I only choose this place for its convenient location suitable for my business trips. Otherwise, the management needs substantial improvement.

First off, the location is quite remote for Johor as a whole, mainly because the Persiaran Laksamana area is newly developed. However, it's very close to Puteri Harbour International Ferry Terminal, which makes it ideal for travelers arriving by ferry. Note that the detailed map location on Trip.com is incorrect. The correct address should be Almas Suites, Persiaran Laksamana, 79100 Iskandar Puteri, Johor Darul Ta'zim. Due to this location, if you plan on frequently traveling to and from JB, you'll need to factor in potentially high transportation costs (more travel time and higher Grab fares). If you opt for a high-floor room, you'll generally have a good experience with a nice view from the open balcony. However, the balconies are quite close to each other, so you might catch a glimpse of what your neighbors are up to! 😉 No rooms provide toothbrushes or toothpaste, and you'll need to bring your own shampoo and shower gel. If you choose to eat in the room, you'll quickly discover it attracts tiny ants. It's best to dine at restaurants outside and then return to the room to relax. During your stay, no room service is provided as it operates as a self-service apartment.

It was convenient to find places to eat downstairs and nearby, and taking a taxi to the mall wasn't far either. The front desk processed check-in quickly, and their service attitude was friendly.
