Cons: The room was okay, though a few plugs weren’t working. Just a heads up to the location, its perfect if you’re a foodie and plan to only travel in Puchong area, but if you need to travel outside of Puchong, the traffic is quite bad which makes Grab pricey. Even though there is LRT nearby (8-minute walk), it’s a sweaty walk in the sun or messy one in the rain. It’s only convenient if you’re staying strictly within the Puchong area or booking Grab at non-peak hours.

GGuest UserStayed here for a quick trip and the location alone makes it worth it. 3 mins to Pavilion Bukit Jalil on foot — can't beat that. Room was tidy, bed was comfortable, and check-in was hassle-free. Great budget-friendly option in Bukit Jalil.

GGuest UserThe hotel is clean and accessible by metros, though it is outside the main city. It has shops and food shops nearby. There is a facility of self check-in and they charge heritage fee @5 RM /per day. Good for staying short term :)

MMilkbagThe room itself was small but clean, modern, and comfortable — exactly what I needed. Wi-Fi was reliable, and there was a desk area that made it easy to get a bit of work done. I appreciated the little touches too, like good water pressure in the shower and blackout curtains for proper rest.

1. There are some curly hairs on the bed when I just checked in
2. The floor in the shower area was wet , even with water pooling
3. When I'm on the way to my room, I saw several male staff are chatting in another guest room; some were leaning against the doorframe while others were sitting on the bed. I'm not sure whether the room has been cleaned or not, this appeared highly unprofessional.
