WWilliam_Have FunConvenient but Disappointing on Cleanliness This hotel has a great location and a very quick, convenient check-in/checkout process. Unfortunately, our stay was let down by poor cleanliness standards. The bathroom was not up to par, with a visibly dirty toilet seat. In the bedroom, the mattress cover was stained and yellowish, which made us question the overall hygiene of the room. Another odd and unpleasant feature was the strong, chemical smell in the elevator. We were surprised to find it was caused by a toilet deodorant block placed there, which created a very bad odor in an enclosed space. We hope management addresses these issues, as the hotel has good potential.
