Stayed for 1 night — everything was great! The residence is conveniently located near Paradigm Mall, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. The host/management was friendly and responsive, and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear and hassle-free. The unit itself was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for larger families or groups. Everyone had plenty of space to relax comfortably.

The homestay location is very good for people who want to visit Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru, as it's just downstairs. The unit includes a washing machine and dining table, and the room itself is quite nice. However, there are birds nearby that make a lot of noise in the morning, which can disturb sleep.

The capsule hotel is managed by an elderly couple. The reviews were mixed, between they're being nice vs being mean. What about how I thought? ”They're being very kind and trying hard to run the business for travellers convenience”. It's never easy to run businesses and it's not a charity so some may think if youre in business you should be at least act like a pro. For those who said that..then can you be one nice customer to the business owners? Not to forget..they're elderly, yet they did their best to help you with your stay with certain in house rules, which is manageable by the crowds they're having - solo/friends travellers - gamersalike Personally chat and understand that they're constantly tired and wired to the place and it's a very tiring job. Leave some kindness to the world and be kind to people around us, you will find wonderfulness. The rest I'll leave it up to yourself to judge.

The stay really gave me a warm and homey feeling. The place was very cozy, clean, spacious, and well-equipped with almost everything we needed. Once we stepped in, we could feel a nice touch of classic and nostalgic charm, which made the whole place feel very welcoming. The facilities were excellent. There was a washing machine with laundry detergent provided, which was very convenient. The water dispenser was definitely one of my favourite parts. As an Asian-raised girlie, having warm and hot water available anytime felt so comforting. I drink a lot of water, so not having to buy bottled water from the supermarket was super convenient. The kitchen area was also well-prepared, with tableware, dishwashing liquid, and a large fridge. The bathroom was very spacious and came with body wash and shampoo. Another thoughtful detail was the sink outside the bathroom, with hand wash, a hairdryer, and a rack provided as well, which made removing makeup and getting ready much easier. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a steam iron, portable clothes rack, hangers, and a stand fan. There was also a ceiling fan in the living room. The location was great, and the customer service team responded quickly whenever I had questions. Overall, the whole place was very clean, comfortable, and felt just like home. Disposable toothbrushes were also provided, which was another nice touch. The price was very reasonable as well. Highly recommended! I rarely give 5-star ratings but Nest Home truly de served it!! I would definitely come back to Nest Home for my next visit.

Positive Feedback 1. Location was superb, easy access to the mall. 2. Room is fully equipped with induction hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, dining plates, utensils, mugs, iron and iron board . 3. Room is spacious, bedroom, living room and dining room. Negative Feedback: 1. Staff at the counter should be trained with customer service. No greetings nor smile during check-in. 2. Toilet has very bad smell. The edge of the shower room is slimy, probably not cleaned properly. 3 Deodorants were supplied in both the toilet as well as the bedroom but unfortunately all of them were empty (see pictures) 5. Toilet ventilation vent is dusty and drop of dusts occasionally fell onto us or the wash basin. 6. The iron provided isn’t safe for use as wires are exposed which is a SAFETY HAZARD (see picture). Someone might get electrocuted. 7. TV was provided but no ‘Live TV’ available as it always showed ‘No Signal’ (see picture). 8. ‘House Rules’ indicate ‘No eating and drinking in the room’ but the room is fully equipped with the dining cutleries/utensils and cooking equipment (see picture). So, is eating and drinking allowed? 9. In the bedroom, there is this thing hanging directly above the bed. Not sure what it is but, to me, it’s of no use. We will definitely stay here again because of the location and the spacious room. If the negative feedback can be addressed, it would be a bonus.

this is best apartment stay thus far. location of apartment is good. the unit itself is well maintained, clean and considered quite new. will want to stay again! (oh swimming pool is big! kids love it!)

Good location with nice view, well made check in and out process with private secure parking. Room is slightly noisy due to cars below but not really an issue. Place was clean, comes with microwave induction cooker and pot, and fridge and freezer. One very very minor complaint is the lack of bedside tables.

I recently stayed at the JS Hotel and, while the location was convenient, the overall experience left something to be desired. The hotel felt a bit outdated, and the rooms could use some attention in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. It’s clear that the property could benefit from a refresh to improve its comfort and appeal. On the positive side, the hotel is within walking distance of Aeon Shopping Mall, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. There’s also a convenience store right outside, making it easy to grab essentials. Overall, if you're just looking for a basic, no-frills place to stay in a prime location, JS Hotel could work. However, if you're looking for a more modern or well-maintained experience, you might want to explore other options.

Receptionist was welcoming and pleasant to talk with, room was decently well maintained (Didn't take pictures) and it felt okay to good for a night's stay. Nearby is Paradigm Mall where the picture was the DipnDip chocolate crepe that I bought, delicious 😋
