AAnonymous UserFirst visit to Clark Hilton and our stay exceeded expectations in every way. Staff are all very courteous and professional - outstanding welcome and solicitous care throughout. All are great and special thanks to those who helped with luggage, taking photos and looking after us. We received a lovely free birthday cake and Mr Ed of the Olive Resto helped us with packing it as it was really too generous to eat in one go. Also receptionist Mariz very hospitable and made us feel really welcome explaining everything. Our room was upgraded to balcony view. It is a lovely restful place to spend time, with great views, food and a superb swimming pool with little casitas attached. Highly recommended - the best hotel in Clark we have visited so far.

GGuest UserThe location is a bit off the beaten path, but you can walk indoors to many restaurants, shopping malls, and other hotels. There's also a good massage place right across the street. You could easily spend a whole day just at the hotel. The gym is a bit small, but the pool area is quite large. Breakfast is standard, and you might have to wait for a table during peak hours.

DDee _RoseThe whole stay is amazing , breakfast buffet was good , I instantly enjoyed my room view except the room smells off. 😤 . It doesn’t smell fresh , I guess it needs deep cleaning .. but overall The staff are accommodating and o enjoyed the pool .
I will definitely stay here again to explore the golf club in my next visit .

GGuest UserIt is located in a quiet, upscale residential area, so the security and quietness were good. The facilities were decent and cleanly managed, and the staff was friendly. There were no particular shortcomings, but it might be a little awkward for non-Korean customers. A Korean buffet was provided for breakfast, and the taste was okay. I had a good rest.
