ZZe-BWay Shack Hostel is in a fantastic location for visiting the whale sharks. If you speak to Ken at the hostel, he can help arrange the whale shark excursion, it cost me 500 pesos and was super easy to organize.
That said, I’d recommend only a one-night stay here. We were disturbed both nights by heavy goods vehicles passing by the hostel late at night, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, aside from the whale shark activity, there’s not much else around the hostel to keep yourself entertained.
A scooter is essential to travel to the local town for food or supplies. The hostel staff can help arrange a rental if you need one.
On the plus side, the room was clean and equipped with air conditioning, which made it comfortable for a short stay.
Overall, Way Shack Hostel is a practical and budget-friendly option for a quick stopover if you’re visiting the whale sharks, but it’s not ideal for a longer stay.

EE1162****When I arrived at the local area, I saw the house there, and then there would be extra surprises in this cabin. We arrived at night, and there was a bakery in front, so the warm lighting, there was a small yard with lights, which was actually quite good. The most surprising thing is actually to be hygienic. Although the facilities in the room are the level of the room for ordinary people, the floor and bed bathroom are very clean. This price is clean. The bed is also super big, two big and two small are completely fine. Then the little brother was reliable and enthusiastic, and arranged for 100 small cars to pick up, queue up, and get things properly. We got up at 4 o'clock and set off. It was the first batch of water and watched the sunrise on the sea in Meimeida 👍.
Disadvantages: You need to bring your own mineral water, slippers, toothbrush. Shampoo shower gel toothpaste upgraded bag, after watching the whale shark back to the hotel to sleep because it is a bit noisy near the road.

Firstly, the location is simply magical: incredible sea views that open right from the hotel grounds create a feeling of complete unity with nature. Morning sunrises here are something completely special, and the evening sound of the waves acts as an ideal meditation.
Secondly, the service is beyond praise. The staff is always smiling, attentive and ready to help with any issue. Such a warm attitude makes the holiday not just comfortable, but truly soulful.
The rooms are stylish, small, but very clean. The view from the windows is a separate bonus! Every element is thought out: comfortable beds, nice bed linen.
The food in the restaurant is a whole other story. Tropical fruits and local dishes - every meal turned into a small gastronomic holiday.
If you are looking for a place for a quiet, peaceful holiday in nature, then Seascape Beach Resort Oslob is the perfect choice! If you want to recharge with energy, inspiration and feel harmony with yourself and the world, this is the place for you. I will definitely come back!

HHEBEbeiThis is a newly opened hotel. The owner is *********. In the evening, you can order a glass of juice in the courtyard and sit by the pool to enjoy it. The facilities should be among the best among nearby hotels. Highly recommended.

Three different types of houses, a white one, a pink one and a few bamboo houses which are pretty cool to stay in, both literally and figuratively. Extremely comfy bed, breakfast included in our package was nice, and complimented by a lovely view over the ocean every morning.
The staff were lovely and extremely helpful,
They helped us to book out whale shark tour and also arranged a taxi for us back to Cebu city on our last day. Can’t give them enough credit for being great hosts. Would definitely come back if we’re ever in the area again.
