GGuest UserStayed in this place with his wife and daughter 1.5 years in November 2025 for a couple of nights. Location excellent. Room excellent. Breakfast on the menu is very delicious. Coffee excellent. The interior is interesting and does not look like usual hotel rooms. The pipework in the room is original. PS. Indeed, the floors in the room are crying. But it even gives some charm. If I understand correctly from the staff words, the owners do not change the floors as they are, consider an antique.

OOften TravelerClean and well-located, but AVOID the basement ‘double room’
The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and in a great location with friendly service.
However, I stayed in the basement-level ‘double room’.
It’s located at the front of the property, directly at street level, with two small windows facing the pavement — making it difficult to get fresh air or natural light, and quite noisy due to passing pedestrians and cars, even with the windows shut and earplugs in.
The photos captures many of the other room types charming features, which can be misleading for the double room in basement.
In this particular room, ventilation was poor due to its position, and a musty smell from the bathroom lingered throughout the space.
Given the price of this ‘double room’, it’s better off booking elsewhere — somewhere less charming but more practical — OR booking the other room types I assume are upper-level room to avoid the drawbacks of this front-facing basement unit.

大大海撈針I have lived in this apartment for a while. Although the location is not very convenient, the facilities of other apartments are complete. Since it was winter when I first moved into this hotel, I found that this apartment did not have air conditioning when I entered the summer. The staff moved to another apartment of the group, and they immediately agreed, so this apartment is very worth recommending in winter
