GGuest UserWe were well received by the receptionist Maria, Francisco Farinha provided excellent service at the bar, very attentive and personalized service, always giving us the best advice! He even offered to give us a tour of the hotel! We had an unfortunate situation with the night auditor, but Angela handled the matter delicately and carried out our check out very expertly.
