__M1348878****The hotel is good overall, but I feel that Ctrip still has no initiative for overseas hotels. I booked three nights, but my schedule changed and I wanted to cancel one night in advance. I went to the hotel front desk and the hotel told me that I could cancel and they would refund the price of the remaining two nights. But Ctrip said that I could not refund and I was not able to get a refund. So it may be more convenient to book overseas hotels on the official website.

KkareninagurlFirst I'm so grateful to Sheraton for being inclusive. They have accepted me and my partner. Also, the service is amazing. The amenities are classic and clean. The location is near Shatea mall and restaurants. I've really enjoyed my stay. If I'll go Dammam sure I'll book again. Thanks a lot!

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay. Good location with a view of Corniche. Lots of shopping choices nearby. Swimming pool was available and we were the only family who had good time in the pool, and in gym too. Basement parking is bit tricky. Overall good experience. Will visit once again in July.

GGuest UserI just have issue as the room was not that soundproof you can hear everyone walking at corridor, plus the water from the other rooms (maybe bathroom) and doorbell for the other room it seems they are knocking to your door as well.

CCHUN HOThe efficiency of the counter is very good at check-in. Since the flight arrives late at night, the hotel  is close to the airport, which is very convenient.
When I took a shower, there was no hook for hanging clothes in the bathroom, which made me very embarrassed in the bath.

ZZ1166The hotel is located across the road from Binhai Road, walking along Binhai Road, a very good Persian Gulf experience. The hotel room is small, but clean and tidy enough, very warm and comfortable

HH.The staff are super nice, the location is also nearby where I wanted to be. The building is too old and a bit smelly. I had noisy neighbors during my stay there and the staff couldn’t solve the problem. I will definitely not stay there again in the future.
