AAnonymous UserThe issue I had with the hotel is that they didn’t receive the booking from Trip.com and the team pf trip.com solved the issue. Hopefully this will not happen again. The hotel was average especially since the reason of the trip is to attend the funeral

CChanKTThe hotel location is very near the airport. Also, the car rental company AVIS has a staff inside the hotel. I rent a car from.AVIS in Jeddah, I return the car in Tabuk. The AVIS staff can come to this hotel to complete the car return and use the same car to take me to the airport. It is very convenient. Other things of the hotel are good also
