GGuest UserJust got back from another stay at Somerset Pattaya, I keep coming back here honestly. Place is always clean, like really clean, you can tell the housekeeping team takes it seriously. Location is great too, everything you need in Pattaya is close by so getting around wasn't a hassle at all. Reception staff were super helpful the whole time, anything I needed they sorted out quickly, no complaints there. Big shoutout to Chatchadopam from housekeeping, she cleaned my room every day and honestly went above and beyond. Small things like that make a stay so much better. Room itself was spacious and comfortable, nothing felt old or worn out, everything worked fine. Only thing, and it's not really a complaint, just wish the pool stayed open later than 8pm. Would've used it more in the evenings if it closed a bit later. Anyway, another great stay, I'll keep booking here whenever I'm in Pattaya.

From guiding us at check-in to attending to our daily needs, the staff consistently wore smiles and proactively offered help, allowing us to genuinely feel the meticulousness and warmth of Thai service. It's especially worth mentioning that the hotel also created a cozy festive atmosphere during Chinese New Year, making us feel at home even when abroad. **Breakfast Experience: Exquisite, Diverse, and Daily Surprises** Breakfast was a major highlight of our stay! Not only was there a rich variety, but the menu changed daily with hardly any repetition. From traditional Thai noodle soup and mango sticky rice to pastries, fresh fruit, and made-to-order omelets, the quality was consistently excellent. Staying for several days, we woke up every morning with anticipation, and our child absolutely loved it too. **Environment and Design: Grand, Elegant, and Full of Holiday Vibes** * **Inside the Villa:** The two-bedroom layout offered expansive space, with a design that blended modern aesthetics with a resort feel. The decorative floral arrangements on the table, the exquisite chandeliers, and the wooden furniture all reflected the hotel's tasteful aesthetic. * **Hotel Public Areas:** The path leading from the villa to the public areas (as shown in Figure 4) was surrounded by dense tropical plants, like a stroll through a tranquil rainforest, offering great privacy. The hotel entrance at night (as shown in Figure 3) had warm lighting and was shaded by trees, embodying both the relaxation of a resort and the serenity of home. **Facilities and Details: Quality Online, Meeting All Family Needs** The villa came with its own pool, and the water quality was excellent, allowing us to jump in and cool off anytime. The kitchen facilities were fully equipped, suitable for simple meal preparation. Overall, it was very well-maintained, with new furniture and bathroom fixtures, and meticulous hygiene. The two bedrooms were thoughtfully laid out, each with an independent bathroom, making it very convenient for families. **Conclusion** If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing resort in Pattaya that doesn't prioritize sightseeing, The Gem Pool Villas is definitely recommendable. It might not be right on the busiest beach, but this tranquility, combined with attentive service, thoughtful breakfasts, and a beautiful environment, truly made for a perfect vacation. MMiaomaThis trip was incredibly satisfying, from the ambiance to the service, everything was top-notch. Firstly, all the hotel rooms face the sea. We arrived at night and didn't realize it until we woke up in the morning and were immediately captivated by the stunning view outside our window: the ocean, the beach 🏖, a water park, Southeast Asian-style architecture... It instantly put us in a great mood. Then came breakfast; the setting was beautiful. Sitting outdoors, with the sea breeze, surrounded by the picturesque Southeast Asian scenery, while enjoying the best meal of the trip (the curry and Indian flatbread come highly recommended!), it was truly refreshing. Finally, we went to the beach. The sand was fine and clean, with no vendors bothering us. There were also three large ocean enclosures ensuring visitors' safety. The water world was the only regret of this trip, as we didn't get to experience it due to our schedule. We definitely have to go next time to try the surfing, water slides, and flumes... It's a bit like the structure of Galaxy Macau, but with even more of a Southeast Asian flair.

GGuest UserExcellent hotel for a short stay. The location is very convenient: there's a currency exchange with good rates nearby, and plenty of cafes up and down the street to suit any taste. Beach access is across the street, opposite the Plumeria Hotel. The mattresses are comfortable, and you get two pillows to choose from. Yes, the room is small, but this isn't a hotel you're meant to just sit in. We played billiards and ping-pong when it rained in the evening. We were given rooms on the 8th floor, and the view was stunning! There was construction below our window, but it wasn't a bother at all. No cockroaches. The pastries at reception weren't tasty, despite looking pretty. However, the croissants were decent.

The deluxe room features two beds (queen and single) and modern AC, plus large bathtub, working area, robes and large fridge The pool is clean and well kept The fitness is small and basic but well maintained and has free weights. The location is good for those who want to be in Jomtien, close enough to the bars and beach and it’s not too noisy despite being close to a busy road The most impressive thing about this hotel is the breakfast which is worth opting for. There’s a variety of hot and cold dishes that are changed every day. The hotel clearly prides itself on this

The air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy, but when we informed the staff, they fixed it immediately. The swimming pool is huge, and the kids absolutely loved it!

AAyoub LaaouejWe had a great stay here , the room itself was great. Very spacious,cozy and modern at the same time. The restaurant offers a huge variety of different options although the breakfast was the only average part. The swimming pools are nice and well looked after and the massage bed beside the pool is a very nice touch. I recommend everyone to try it at least once. The staff was very nice,cheerfull and very much helpful and ready to assist us in any matter. The gym was very underwhelming for me as the equipment is very very limited and it’s not a 24h gym as other hotels around here offer. The hotel is located by the beach so that is a big advantage as well. Overall I enjoyed my time here and I praise the staff for the wonderful hospitality and the smooth service they provided us.

BBulletgreyPattaya is beautiful, and I booked this hotel based on recommendations from Xiaohongshu users. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Pattaya Beach. The stroll from the hotel to the beach is also very scenic. The price was quite cheap too. However, the hotel doesn't provide toiletries, and you're not allowed to bring outside food back to the room. Luckily, there's a 7-Eleven nearby where you can buy any toiletries you need. The front desk staff were very friendly and provided great service.

The room was spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable — exactly what I needed to unwind after long days out.
