I stayed for 4 days. The hotel's overall environment was excellent with fantastic views, but the cleanliness needs improvement. The hotel's overall performance was very good. It's conveniently located with a great position and nice room views. The breakfast was quite rich, and the staff were friendly and polite. The check-in process was smooth, and the stay was very satisfying. I would consider returning.

The bed was extremely comfortable, allowing me to have a good night’s sleep after a long day. The room was equipped with all the necessary amenities, including reliable Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a television, and complimentary bottled water. One of the highlights of my stay was the cleanliness. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, keeping the room tidy and fresh. The bathroom was also spotless and stocked with sufficient toiletries. I appreciated the modern design and the thoughtful layout, which made the room feel both comfortable and functional. The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out procedures were smooth and efficient. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants, shopping areas, and transportation options. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The combination of comfortable accommodation, excellent service, and convenient location made this hotel a great choice. I would highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Location is walkable to the airport. Else there is shuttle bus between the airport and hotel. Room is spacious albeit dated. Great for those who need a short layover near the airport.

This hotel is the perfect option for a long layover between flights, as it's located just a 10-15 minute drive from Suvarnabhumi Airport. We approached the hotel representative at the airport, and they quickly and freely transported us to the hotel in a wonderful minivan. Since we arrived in the afternoon, closer to lunchtime, we were checked in just as quickly. The Deluxe room was comfortable, clean, and modern. All amenities were present: bathrobes, slippers, tea, coffee, and a free minibar. The air conditioning and plumbing all worked without any issues. You can visit the hotel's spa center, pool, restaurant, or the lobby bar in the evening which features live music. I can't comment on breakfast as we didn't have it due to a very early flight. There's also a free transfer from the hotel to the airport; you just need to inform them of your departure time in advance. For those who want to explore Bangkok, it's better to choose a hotel in the city center, as this hotel is quite far from all the attractions and there's nothing around it for tourists. We really liked the hotel and will definitely stay there again if we have an early flight.

Extremely clean hostel in every room. Bathroom very clean and amenities such as shampoo and body wash included, with bath towels. Beds are very hard but typically Thai but I slept well in an air-conditioned quiet room. Quick trip from the airport, 110 THB. Reception very helpful and amazing restaurant next door as well as 7 Eleven which stocks everything you need. Would definitely choose this hotel to stay at again when using Suvarnabhumi Airport for a short stay.

I chose Siam Mandarina because of its convenient location near the airport and the airport shuttle service. The staff were polite and the check-in process was smooth. The room itself was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, my experience was ruined by finding a cockroach in my room, which was very disappointing and unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Cleanliness is one of the most important factors when choosing accommodation, and this made me feel uncomfortable throughout my stay. I hope the hotel takes pest control and housekeeping more seriously to prevent this from happening to future guests. While the service was good, I cannot confidently recommend the hotel until the cleanliness issue is properly addressed.

Honestly, I didn't live there, but I visited them before I lived there and they allowed me to get a cash refund. It's almost a family house with rooms upstairs for rent. بصراحة ما سكنت عندهم لكن زرتهم قبل لا اسكن وسمحت لي باسترداد نقدي تقريبا بيت عائلي بتأجير غرف فوق The rooms are clean from the inside but not so tidy from the outside, but the family's morals are very wonderful. الغرف من الداخل نظيفة ولكن من الخارج نوعا ما ليست مرتبة لكن اخلاق العائلة رائعة جدا

Beautiful room, great hotel facilities. Perfect place to stay after a concert. Every dish we ordered was delicious, and the staff in all departments were very helpful and provided excellent service.

The room was very dirty. The sheets were stained and had clearly not been changed since the previous guest. I found a dead bedbug on the mattress. The nighttime front desk staff was very rude. The only nice thing about this place is the location, as it’s very close to the airport. However, it is also directly beside a highway and is very noisy at night. Don’t stay if you’re a light sleeper or bring earplugs.

Overall it matches the low price point, location is the best convenient ride from Suvarnabhumi airport… however expect disturbances at nights with constant movement of guests. Appreciate the aircon and locker provided in the room but the stench of smoke and incessant chatter kept me awake most of the night (apparently, guests were smoking in/nearby the room).
