The hotel is ideally situated near the airport, so very convenient for those who have a short stay in Bankok. They also have an hourly pick-up and drop off service at the airport. Nice variety of food offered at the restaurants. All the staff members were very helpful, friendly and polite. I enjoyed my short stay at the hotel and would recommend it to others.

The Journey Hotel Bangna won't be troubling any five-star lists anytime soon, and honestly, it doesn't need to. That said, for families who are happy to use the hotel as a relaxed base and venture out on their own terms, it really isn't a problem. The rooms are simple and no-frills, but they are well kept and perfectly comfortable for a family. Everything you need is there, and that is genuinely the best way to describe this hotel. It doesn't over-promise, and it delivers on what matters. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, which always goes a long way. For families travelling on a sensible budget who want reliability over luxury, the Journey Hotel Bangna is a solid and honest choice. We left feeling content, rested, and well looked after. Sometimes that is all you need from a hotel, and the Journey delivers it with ease.

Hotel with a convenient location connected to the airport. The shuttle runs every 10 minutes, so no waiting around. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer a really nice view (as seen in the photo I took from the window).

The reception was super kind and the toilet was so clean.  Has no elevator little bit hard if you have many luggage. So near to the airport. The room i was in had a AC with the room next to me like half in my room and half in next room and the blanket was so thin and i cant turn off the AC it was so cold and sometimes water dripped near my head. The pillow material was bad. And because i was at window side the noise from road was crazy i didnt even sleep cars big trucks went all night.

A great stay near the bangkok suvaranabhumi airport. I booked this because of the free shuttle bus and the breakfast. Its not an international chain nor a luxurious place. Its convenient and great for the price. We landed, took the shuttle bus, ordered grab food and fell asleep up until the morning for our next flight. The breakfast selection was good too. I just have to say the instructions are clear for the shuttle bus but it was overwhelming with all the cars and buses. I thought we may have missed it but there was someone checking.

Was on a business trip and needed a place to stay urgently. This place had availability, booked through the app and got a room right away. The staff provided quick service. The room was well-partitioned with a separate bedroom, living room, and bathroom. Overall, it was good and worth the price.

Booked this home stay hotel for my boyfriend to spend the night before having another flight as it’s close to the airport. Friendly and helpful manager Ross quickly checked him in. Room is clean and got everything necessary. Quiet place, has 7/11 shop downstairs. Good value for money.

The building was amazing so different in a good way. the restaurant food was so good to. One problem the bed rooms were nosey. not good sound proofing.

The room was very dirty. The sheets were stained and had clearly not been changed since the previous guest. I found a dead bedbug on the mattress. The nighttime front desk staff was very rude. The only nice thing about this place is the location, as it’s very close to the airport. However, it is also directly beside a highway and is very noisy at night. Don’t stay if you’re a light sleeper or bring earplugs.

Overall it matches the low price point, location is the best convenient ride from Suvarnabhumi airport… however expect disturbances at nights with constant movement of guests. Appreciate the aircon and locker provided in the room but the stench of smoke and incessant chatter kept me awake most of the night (apparently, guests were smoking in/nearby the room).
