SSimone110I’ve been traveling to more than 60 provinces in Thailand and this is definitely the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed. Staff was very welcoming and professional the moment we walked in, if your booking includes breakfast, you have a choice of three dishes plus buffet assortments; self service coffee is available 24h. On the 5th floor there’s a spacious terrace to have a drink or a quick bite, WiFi is available free of charge and parking area can accommodate many cars and motorcycles. Central location just few minutes away from the heritage area and other major touristic spots. I definitely recommend it and will book here again if I’ll happen to be there in the future.

HHennersConveniently located near centre of Chantaburi town. Mod-ish boutique hotel in heritage style. Standout feature are the ground floor rooms with direct access to the swimming pool. The only drawback is there is some noise from the nearby main road.

1. All staffs provide good service, polite, smiling, saying hello, thanking, and providing excellent service.
2. Good location, on the road, easy to find food.
3. There is an elevator, very convenient.
4. There is 3 bottles of drinking water per day.
5. There is a maid cleaning every day, changing towels and hair towels, and cleaning the room.
6. The bedroom is painted white, looks clean, and spacious, 28 sq m.
7. The TV is clear, it is a smart TV, can watch YouTube.
8. The 7-foot king-size bed is soft and comfortable, no back pain.
9. Each person has 2 pillows, one thick and one soft, comfortable and firm, no neck pain. The duvet is of a good thickness (no dust smell).
10. The bathroom is clean, the sink and toilet are clean, no bad smell, there is a rubber mat in the bathroom to prevent slipping.
11. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom.
12. There is a 1-story refrigerator, cooling well, cooling quickly.
13. Breakfast is a buffet. (Long holiday) American breakfast + Thai food, general hotel style, good taste, a little sweet
14. Plenty of parking, open space style
15. Big air conditioner, cool

1. I would like to add soundproof felt rubber, door frame, bathroom door frame, sliding glass frame, the next room can hear the noise clearly and can hear the car on the road clearly at night
2. Should add slippers to wear in the room
3. Air conditioner + compressor is very loud, especially when the wind is turned on at full speed
4. The light bulbs in the room should be white, it will look brighter
5. The TV screen is quite small because the room is quite large, a big screen of about 43 inches would be good
6. The position of the tissue in the bathroom, if the water flows from the side of the sink down, the tissue will be soaked completely.

GGuest UserThe accommodation is new and clean, not far from the city center. There's a cafe on-site, the pool is clean with someone who regularly cleans up leaves, and the owner is lovely and always smiling. There's a 7-Eleven at the entrance of the soi (alley), and the place is not far from the main road. The air conditioning is cool, and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. It rained heavily the night I stayed, but I slept soundly and didn't hear anything. A cat even came to say good morning in the dining area! Very impressed.

Cleanliness : very good.
Room type : recommend river view than the city view.
Bed & pillow : So simple compare to the money we paid. It should be replaced by a better bed and pillow.
Bath tub : is too high to climb into the bath tub especially for the elderly.
Breakfast : Is so simple compare to the hotel grade and room price.

KKeith JFReally amazing hotel, the hotel is very simple with 8 rooms on each floor, 24 rooms in total. The hotel is quite far from main road or the turning in road.

Service 5/5 this is highly depends on individual and language barrier , but the receptionist is more than helpful at all times
Facilities 5/5 acceptable and adequate facilities for a 3 star, with cold aircond, hot showers and a simple balcony. + Some free titbits in the morning
Parking 5/5 plenty of parking is available but it does get crowded in late night

GGuest UserPleasant 2 night stay. Location is around 1.5km from the historical centre. Positioned on the main freeway, it takes around 20 mins by foot to reach the Chantaboon district. The room was small. Clean, with fridge. Water left daily. The shower had hot water with good pressure. Lift to upper floors. All good.

Doug through the gardens, very admiring, there is a huge dog on the territory, I am not comfortable, there were a lot of dogs running around, I came with my little dog, asked for a 500 Batt supplement, (stocked for 300 Batt per day for a dog 3 kg) while the number was 600-700 Batt for two, it is not clear for what money will be, in those conditions I could not even walk with my dog, it is not safe, generally look for another accommodation
