GGuest UserThe hotel was in an excellent area for my needs. It had everything. However what really made it unique from the other hotels was its staff, and I am referring to everyone from front desk to maintenance, to cleaning, etc. Every one was positive, happy, friendly, respectful. I wish I had a picture of the whole staff together to send you. This Hotel is the best in Loei and that is without question. I would go further to say that it's one of the best kept secrets in Thailand.

GGuest UserSimple and hygienic, the location is good, close to the airport, quiet surroundings, new hotels, clean things, cost-effective choice, that is, no breakfast service is more embarrassing, that breakfast needs to go to the front desk to make an appointment. Overall OK, you can stay

CCarlThe rooms were great, as was the onsite restaurant/bar. As happens in Thailand from time to time we had a power outage. The team organized another room for us immediately, which was also great. Will certainly stay here again if back in Loei.

AAnonymous UserOverall, okay, good, clean accommodation, there are restaurants, beautiful shops, lovely staff. The location is on the main road, not difficult to find.

The bathroom should have a new shower, I can't open the water at all.
