Mae Hong Son Hotels with Parking

Minimal amenities in the fan room - not fridge, no TV, just bed and bathroom. But I appreciate for cleanliness. Bathroom was renovated so it's perfectly white, no mold or issues like that. Bed is not soft but I'm ok with it. Water is hot, mosquito net over the window, so you can let fresh air inside safely. Outside is a big ”village style” area with separated buildings by 4-5 rooms with tables and chairs, you can have a good time with a company. In the morning there is a coffee table, hotel offers boiling water and coffee/tea of several kinds. Worth the price 400 baht, no question.

Panorama Hotel is an old hotel. As there is no elevator, we requested a room on the ground floor. We had to wait for more than half an hour for the housekeeping to get our room ready. The room is located in a different building but near the parking area. Although a little small, the room was clean and complete with basic amenities. We were lucky to bring with us insect repellent as there were mosquitoes in the room. The hotel is located on the main road in the middle of Mae Hong Son town. It is a short walking distance to the night market.

This is a very comfortable place to stay at. Poy, the owner, speaks wonderful English. She is very accomodating and friendly. A marvelous host. The bed is great - very comfortable bedding and the room is huge. Only downside is that the passing traffic noise is rather loud. Would stay there again if I have the opportunity.

The tented accommodation offers a high vantage point with chairs to enjoy the view in front of the tent. The bathroom is separate from the tent but private. You can see the landscape, village, and a pond/harbor. Overall, it's very good.

The Guest House was within easy walking distance from the lake and night market. The room was good (beds quite hard but that’s ok with me), towels, kettle etc. so we were quite comfortable. I have to say though the bathroom wasn’t good; it felt grubby and the tiled floor spongy with water. There was loo roll but no shampoo etc. this aspect really needs to be improved. The central guest area was good with tables and chairs, fruit, hot water and plates and cutlery so you could use the area any time of day. I used the washing machine (40 baht) and dried it o the back balcony

Fern Resort is truly a hidden gem. The resort is beautifully designed, surrounded by lush greenery, and offers a peaceful, scenic atmosphere that instantly helps you relax. During my stay, I felt both refreshed and energized. The staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and hospitable, making every moment of our stay enjoyable.  If you're looking for a tranquil escape close to nature, Fern Resort is the perfect choice. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely return on my next visit. Highly recommended!

The room was really clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast we chose porridge instead of american style and it was really yummy pork porridge with thin ginger slices soft boiled eggs. Just want to highlight on the water from the bath tub and wash basin, we observed that the remaining water on the tub and basin before using, its actually slight brownish in colour. You might want to use the mineral water for the brushing of teeth.

Very cozy and simple homestay. Great balcony view. The owner lady was very helpful and speaks great english.

Nice location, 15 minutes drive to Ban Rak Thai if you prefer budget friendly option. I booked a riverside room and it is peaceful and tranquil around the bungalow. Friendly owner with warmly welcome smile. Room is quite spacious but amenities are limited like old-fashioned water heater. You can build fireplace beside the river chilling at night. Breakfast is nice enough with the location. The view is quite spectacular from the reception in which dining area is connected.

🇬🇧 This hotel may look modest, but it is clean and lovely. It is surrounded by a nice, natural environment with big trees 🌲. The staff are also accommodating 🇫🇷 Cet hôtel 🏨 a l’air modeste, mais il est propre et agréable. Il est entouré d’un bel environnement naturel avec de grands arbres 🌳. Le personnel est aussi  arrangeant.
