MM14966****The hotel offers an elegant and serene atmosphere, and its prime location right next to a large shopping mall makes shopping and getting around exceptionally convenient. The complimentary round-trip shuttle service provided by the hotel is a thoughtful touch that truly saves time and effort. The staff were courteous and provided attentive service throughout my stay. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the entire experience.

NNoey kumchompooThe accommodation is located near Future Park Rangsit. Can walk across the overpass The facilities in the room are super complete. The room is very spacious. The neighbors are very friendly. It is opposite the market, very easy to find food, near 7-11 Overall, it is very impressive. If there is a business around that area, definitely go to rest again. There is a security guard that is on the day and night, it is definitely safe.

เราเดินทางกันเป็นครอบครัวใหญ่แต่ทางพนักงานไม่สามารถค้นหาชื่อของเราได้ พนักงานบอกว่าเราไม่ได้จองมากับทางโรงแรม อีกทั้งห้องที่จองไว้ก็ไม่ตรงปก ตอนจองจองอีกแบบตอนไปถึงที่พักได้ที่พักอีกแบบนึง ทางเราไปพักก็หวังว่าจะได้สะดวกสบายได้ไปพักผ่อน แต่กลับกลายเป็นว่าต้องมาทนอยู่ในห้องเล็กๆและอึดอัดเพราะห้องไม่ตรงตามที่จองไป อีกทั้งพนักงานพยายามเสนอห้องอื่นให้เพื่อเป็นการทดแทนห้องที่ไม่ได้รับ แต่ห้องที่เสนอให้กับทางเราเป็นห้องที่สะอาดแถมอยู่ชั้นบน ถ้าเป็นไปได้ในส่วนของพนักงานอยากให้ปรับปรุงเรื่องการอัปเดตข้อมูลของผู้เข้าพักให้ดีกว่านี้ ทางเราไปโรงแรมเพื่อจะไปพักผ่อนไม่ใช่มัวหาหลักฐานในการจอง
