Positive Points: 1. The hotel is located in the best central area of Alaçatı. 2. There are plenty of parking spots just a few steps away from the hotel. 3. Free breakfast is provided. 4. The hotel is clean. 5. The view and interior design of the hotel are very beautiful and appealing. Negative Points: 1. Consider increasing the variety of the breakfast buffet and offering coffee as well. The breakfast selection, especially the hot menu, is limited. 2. Since the airport is quite far from the hotel (1.5 hours), there is no transfer service, or the cost is quite high. I suggest subsidizing part of the transfer cost for your guests. 3. There is no heated pool. It would be great to have warm water in the pool during the colder seasons. 4. The outdoor seating area by the pool is unusable during the colder months. I suggest adding heating equipment near the tables and chairs by the pool. 5. No special slippers are provided in the bathroom and toilet. The available foam slippers are not suitable for wet areas and get soaked. 6. There is no welcome drink or anything similar. I suggest offering a welcome drink to guests. all in all I will choose it again.

The experience of staying at Alacati La Vista was very pleasant, the owner was very friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean, and for breakfast the food was very delicious, she's the good chef... really felt like at home with family. even my son really wanted to spend another night at alacati la vista. I will definitely stay there again when I go to Alacati.

There is a small garden and swimming pool, the environment is very good, there is a Michelin seafood restaurant, the big lobster is very good, the price is not cheap, the olives for breakfast are grown in their own garden.

Ertu and his parents are running a lovely little hotel business! We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hosts were very hospitable. Very helpful, and friendly. The hotel is positioned in great location. The room we stayed in was very clean with good working air conditioning. Simple design with the spacious bathroom on the first floor and bed and balcony on the second floor. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful, with fresh and home made items! Pretty undercover area to have breakfast. Unfortunately poor/limited wifi connection on the second floor of the room. I would be wary of the room you book if you were tall, as the room we stayed in (economy double room) had very low ceilings. It didn't bother me but the other guest kept hitting their head.

We were extremely pleased with our stay at Kervansaray Antique Hotel. The hotel's historic atmosphere and cleanliness were wonderful. However, what impressed us most was the staff's friendly smiles, attentiveness, and professionalism. Everyone, from the reception to the restaurant staff, was incredibly kind, helpful, and hospitable. We truly felt at home. Every request was promptly fulfilled, and we were always greeted with a smile. I commend the hotel management for having such a dedicated and warm team. We will definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation when we return. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. Thank you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel is a little far from the core area, and it takes about ten minutes to walk, but it's only one minute to the beach. It's on a small hill, not high, and not tiring to walk, but the scenery is good, overlooking the Aegean Sea! The room is very neat, with everything available, breakfast is filling, and parking is very convenient, with its own parking lot! The small garden is very exquisite and has a swimming pool. The service is so-so, maybe it's because the boss is old.

Tenis kortu, spor salonu (gym), SPA ve diğer tüm olanaklar beklentilerimizin üzerindeydi. Kahvaltı oldukça çeşitli, kaliteli ve yeterliydi. Oda servisi de hızlı ve başarılıydı. Overall a beautiful property. The rooms are lovely, breakfast is great and the daily housekeeping service is very good. There was one gentleman who was really very nice and helped us figure out the bus to the airport. He even drove us to the bus stop to show us where it was. It was just a few minutes away but really nice of him. Some cons and things to take note of: 1. Most staff DO NOT speak English. They use google translate which is effective for the most part, but tough if you need to have a discussion. 2. The hotel page mentions airport drop of free. The hotel claims it’s not included and impossible to have a discussion so couldn’t do much. Not sure if this is a trip.com issue or a hotel issue. 3. Breakfast really is very good. But it’s a fixed Turkish breakfast so if you have dietaries this may be tough. The staff would casually ask “tea,coffee, juice?” as though it was all included and then when we were checking out we get a bill of £40 for a few coffees. Seems only the tea was included. When we told them no one informed us if it was chargeable, all they did was offer us 2 coffees in the morning to compensate. Really not okay. 4. LOUD MUSIC. There is music playing loudly till 1am. The first 2 nights it was a bit quieter and shut off by 12. But the last night it went on till 1am. When we complained around 12 they said oh this is normal but now since some guests have complained we’ll reduce the volume. Really didn’t make much of a difference. Last night there, completely spoilt the lovely few days we had there.
