SSHICHAOThere is a small problem with check-in. He has three suites in total, but only one is facing the harbour. The picture of Ctrip only shows that one suite. The room No. 2 given to us first is indeed a suite, but we hope to stay in room No. 1 on the original film, facing the harbour. The boss said that the travel agency did not specify it, only that it was a suite, and that room 1 had already been booked. After contacting customer service, the boss soon changed his words and said that no one else came, we can move in. It's a small episode, the reception attitude is still very good. There is a parking lot at the door, free of charge. Breakfast is not bad, there is no time to experience the swimming pool, but it looks okay. The room is comfortable and overall satisfaction.

1. The hotel is located in the best central area of Alaçatı.
2. There are plenty of parking spots just a few steps away from the hotel.
3. Free breakfast is provided.
4. The hotel is clean.
5. The view and interior design of the hotel are very beautiful and appealing.
Negative Points:
1. Consider increasing the variety of the breakfast buffet and offering coffee as well. The breakfast selection, especially the hot menu, is limited.
2. Since the airport is quite far from the hotel (1.5 hours), there is no transfer service, or the cost is quite high. I suggest subsidizing part of the transfer cost for your guests.
3. There is no heated pool. It would be great to have warm water in the pool during the colder seasons.
4. The outdoor seating area by the pool is unusable during the colder months. I suggest adding heating equipment near the tables and chairs by the pool.
5. No special slippers are provided in the bathroom and toilet. The available foam slippers are not suitable for wet areas and get soaked.
6. There is no welcome drink or anything similar. I suggest offering a welcome drink to guests.
all in all I will choose it again.

GGuest UserLocation: The location of the hotel is really good. It is in the center of Alacati, easy access to the attractions around. The hotel has the only Michelin guide restaurant in the town, they have live music in the evening, It can be heard in the room. But do not be afraid, the music is really chill. Alacati is really lively at night, you can find a lot of bars and restaurants with live music. But you do not need to be afraid to be bothered in the hotel, the loud music did not reach to our room at least. We really enjoyed to take a walk in the city center after diner, doing so every night during our stay. Enjoying the lively city, walking around then back to hotel to chill afterwards.
Cleanliness: The room is really clean and the staff is really friendly.
Services: We have breakfast included, the buffet option is relatively limited comparing to other hotels we had. BUT it has freshly cooked turkish beef bacon with Turkish Fried Bread (Pisi) served to your table with a list of other things, vegetable, cheese, butter, jams, olives etc. Start a lovely day with fresh made traditional Turkish breakfast, it was great.
Facilities: The pool is not really big, but good for relaxing. Next to the pool there are benches and a lime tree. You can chose to stay under the sun or under the shadow. We really love the hotel building itself, it looks great, really beautiful building and the decoration in the hotel also looks lovely.

GGuest UserErtu and his parents are running a lovely little hotel business! We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hosts were very hospitable. Very helpful, and friendly. The hotel is positioned in great location. The room we stayed in was very clean with good working air conditioning. Simple design with the spacious bathroom on the first floor and bed and balcony on the second floor. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful, with fresh and home made items! Pretty undercover area to have breakfast.
Unfortunately poor/limited wifi connection on the second floor of the room.
I would be wary of the room you book if you were tall, as the room we stayed in (economy double room) had very low ceilings. It didn't bother me but the other guest kept hitting their head.

XXenaIt is our second stay at this Hotel. It’s super nice!!The Harbor can be reached on Foot in 5 minutes and is beautiful with lots of Food options and very nice little Fashion Stores. From the Hotel Balcony you have a great View of the Castle of Cesme. When we were last Year on our way Home we realized that my Daughter had forgotten her Cell phone and this Year she got it back. She was so happy!!!
The hotel kept it for a Year, which is not a matter of course. A big recommendation for this Hotel!!!!

AAnonymous UserFacilities: Generally, there is a swimming pool and parking lot. There is always a raccoon cat in the lounge area. The clip is very cute and you can play with the cat. I set a loft, but the hotel in Turkey feels cheated. The room is very small and short. The photo looks at the area. It is actually very forced. However, when we arrived, we helped us upgrade the standard room for free. We were still not satisfied, so we added 1000 lira to upgrade the family suite.
Hygienic: clean and tidy, the decoration style is simple and bright.
Environment: very close to the coast, walking all the way to the Marina and the castle, it is convenient to go anywhere, the family suite has a small balcony facing the coast, and it is very comfortable to blow at night.
Service: 1. Will not help you with your luggage, the hotel does not have an elevator; 2. We stayed for two consecutive nights, and the room was not cleaned in the middle of the night. In the middle of the night, I went downstairs to ask the front desk for garbage bags and toilet paper; 3. There is a small trash can in the bathroom, which leads to garbage throwing. It’s really **; 4. The hotel's English primary school standards are recommended to prepare translation software in advance, otherwise it is difficult to communicate; 5. Read the comments that the breakfast is very rich, in fact, there is no, and on the first day we went downstairs late, the next day we got up early to go to Fethiye, breakfast actually did not have intestines/cheese/fries, I feel that I am not ready, so I don’t provide it. I am very unhappy. ～
After adding the price of 500/night, it would be worthless if it weren't for the scenery of the town (smiling face).

GGuest UserThis hotel should be my best hotel lived in the Turkey trip. And staff and receptions are very helpful. Also they helped to upgrade my room where I can have a good view of sea.
And some notes in the room to rate their service. Unfortunately I didn't have time to do.
The dinner in the hotel was very nice, strongly recommend.

GGuest UserThey are driving those who want to enter the sea to the convened beach. Or you have to go to another beach with your own possibility. The black-viewed rooms look on the road are not stopped by noise when the window is open. The pool-viewed rooms should be preferred. The foods are so diverse and tasty. The staff were laughing and helping. Cleaning is good.
