Pamukkale Hotels with Parking

The hotel host is very kind and friendly. He offered us a room with great view which we can see the travertines of Pamukkale. The room is clean and big, with living room, kitchen, bedroom and toilet. The host assisted us many times during our trip. He helped us to book our hot balloon trip with a price cheaper than online pre-booking. He also drove us to the bank ATM when we need cash and helped us to call local taxi. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is fantastic; the travertines are within walking distance. It has its own large parking lot, so parking isn't an issue. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast was more than sufficient and tasty. It's a lovely family-run establishment. I definitely recommend it.

Overall, it's pretty good. The location is very close to the attractions, within walking distance. The rooms are clean and quiet, and all the necessary amenities are provided. However, there are some minor drawbacks: the hot water isn't very hot, and there was only lukewarm water when showering at night; the sink countertop is slanted, causing water droplets to run down to the floor and make it wet; and when the power was cut off when the room key was removed, the refrigerator's power was also cut off, causing the food inside to become somewhat stale.

All the staffs are extremely friendly and i cannot find any hospitality like this good anywhere else. There are always warm welcome tea and sweets, all served free of charge, they will assist you for booking any activities or arrange any transportation if needed. Special thanks to Mel for assisting me all the journey and all the kind offers. I had been to many 5 stars hotels and no place like here. The view is incredibly amazing and the room is clean with beautiful view. Location is convenient, walk within 8mins, there are restaurants and market, also the tourist spots is next to it. White heaven is the best hotel i've ever been, not just compare in Turkey but all around the world. Thanks again for the unforgettable expedience and memory! A very pleasant, fresh aparthotel in Pamukkale. A magnificent, huge room, beautifully renovated. Comfortable beds, chairs, and a sofa. The windows offer panoramic views of the travertines, and early in the morning, we were even lucky enough to see hot air balloons flying nearby – simply amazing! Breakfast is traditional Turkish, delicious, and filling. And I'd also like to especially mention the wonderful, responsive host – he helped us with everything, offered advice, and was overall extremely welcoming.

Very decent hotel and close to the Pammukale cotton candy. Every room has a private balcony. Complementary breakfast is good. There's a swimming pool that's well maintained. Late check ins were easy and comfortable. Can see hot air balloons flying just from the room balcony. Recommend stay.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Pamukkale. The rooms are very clean. Especially the bathroom. It has an outdoor pool and is very clean. This hotel is very close to the entrance to the Pamukkale park. Just walk for 3 minutes. There are many small shops and restaurants around, so if you need something, you can go out and get it. I would like to thank the staff for being very friendly.

didn’t know I had booked for 1 adult but had 2 of us. The room could fit 4 people, but the guy still insisted on charging extra for the one person So if one person can pay $90 for a room that can fit 4 people, then for 2 people I must top up additional $50? Doesn’t make sense. Anyway the thermal pools are dirty, yellowish, you can feel the sand at the bottom. The handlebar to the steps are broken. Maybe I am comparing with my experience in Japan so this definitely doesn’t match up.

The hotel rooms are quite big. I suggest not to stay in the rooms on the side of the pool, which is a bit noisy. There are outdoor swimming pools, indoor swimming pools, and hot spring pools. You need to wear a swimming cap in the hot spring pool (please note this). The most convenient thing is that they provide dinner, but there are too many groups. Everything else is good.

Would you like my honest opinion? My first negative impression was upon checking in at the front desk. The manager was very surprised that we had arrived with our pet, a 3 kg Yorkshire Terrier. He spent a long time on the phone and was very unhappy when he was told over the phone that we could check in with our pet. However, both the hotel's website and trip.com state that pets are allowed! I specifically chose this hotel! I don't understand how the receptionist could be unaware of such important information and make guests worry. (After all, if he hadn't allowed us to check in, we would have had to find a new hotel immediately!) Second, we booked twin rooms—that means there should be a door between the rooms, not two standard rooms next to each other! Third, I can say about the food—it's available, it's safe, and it's delicious—but that's debatable. For breakfast, you can have an omelet or scrambled eggs prepared by a sous-vide. Fourth, I was surprised by the tea in the lobby, where a sign in three languages ​​stated that tea was paid for, but no one paid for it—what's the point of that sign?! The beds are quite comfortable, but the mattress is a bit hard for my taste, and the beds are narrow. We were given attic rooms, and at 173 cm tall, I kept brushing the ceiling when approaching the bed. I also arrived in a Tesla, which also influenced my choice of hotel. As a result, there was only one very slow charger, and there was a queue for it. I ended up charging at a neighboring hotel, which has four fast chargers and two slow ones. Overall, it's bearable for two days, but for me, five stars is too much for this hotel; four stars is the maximum. And there's practically no parking at the hotel; all cars park on the street in front of the hotel.
