The hotel host is very kind and friendly. He offered us a room with great view which we can see the travertines of Pamukkale. The room is clean and big, with living room, kitchen, bedroom and toilet. The host assisted us many times during our trip. He helped us to book our hot balloon trip with a price cheaper than online pre-booking. He also drove us to the bank ATM when we need cash and helped us to call local taxi. I highly recommend this hotel.

The best choice for Pamukkale. As a Hilton Diamond member, I have very strict hotel standards, but this hotel is the best. It's very close to Pamukkale, and the owner is incredibly friendly. The pool is well-maintained, and the Kachwald breakfast was excellent. I was also worried about the tire warning light on my rental car, but they helped me resolve the issue. Thank you. I'll definitely choose this hotel again!

The breakfast and dinner were incredibly bad, to the point where I didn't even want to look at them. However, the manager really made up for it! From the moment we checked in with the hot air balloon transfer to Pamukkale and then a taxi to check out, the manager's service was impeccable, even taking us to the roadside for our minibus. The manager's service was truly thoughtful.

All the staffs are extremely friendly and i cannot find any hospitality like this good anywhere else. There are always warm welcome tea and sweets, all served free of charge, they will assist you for booking any activities or arrange any transportation if needed. The view is incredibly amazing and the room is clean with beautiful view. Location is convenient, walk within 8mins, there are restaurants and market, also the tourist spots is next to it. didn’t know I had booked for 1 adult but had 2 of us. The room could fit 4 people, but the guy still insisted on charging extra for the one person So if one person can pay $90 for a room that can fit 4 people, then for 2 people I must top up additional $50? Doesn’t make sense. Anyway the thermal pools are dirty, yellowish, you can feel the sand at the bottom. The handlebar to the steps are broken. Maybe I am comparing with my experience in Japan so this definitely doesn’t match up.

First of all, as someone who has worked in the tourism sector for years and visited numerous thermal spa hotels, I've spent years as a manager. The hotel has been renovated, and the common areas, pools, Turkish bath, sauna, restaurant, and lobby are spotless. However, both the garden and indoor pool, where the thermal spas are located, need general cleaning and maintenance, and pool attendants should be provided. The restaurant service is quite extensive, and you're sure to find something to suit your taste. The downside is that tea, coffee, and water are charged for during meals, except tea time. The reception staff are very courteous and professional. They upgraded us from a standard room to a deluxe room free of charge for three adults. Thank you for everything. We'd love to come back.

This is the most cost-effective hotel for traveling in Turkey these days. The hotel includes breakfast and dinner, and the meals are very rich, especially the Turkish kebab and flying pancakes. The hotel also has a real hot spring for free, which is great. The hotel is only a 15-minute drive from the Pamukkale scenic area. If you get up early in the morning, you can see the nearby hot air balloons from the window sill.
