We stayed at Potamia Cave Hotel for 3 nights, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The cave room was beautifully designed. Cozy, clean, and full of authentic caves. Every corner of the hotel felt magical and thoughtfully maintained. The staff were incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay, with delicious Turkish breakfast and a great variety of local dishes that made every morning special. The atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and romantic, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Cappadocia. Waking up in a cave room was such a unique and memorable experience. Thank you to the entire Potamia Cave Hotel team for the wonderful hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia. This hotel is in a very nice location. It is a short walk to the center of Ürgüp and the view from the rooftop terrace is amazing. The staff was very friendly and ready to help me with any problems I had. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Ürgüp!

The hotel property is very nice and the staff was exceptional. Except the air in the room was very stale and hot, and we were put right next to the road so it was very noisy and hard to sleep, the roof of the room is made from wood so along with car noise and a bus of people being very loud at 6am then around 7:30 the people upstairs walked on top of our heads for an hour and cars almost shake the room. Also the pool is too cold in May to swim…all in all it is a nice hotel with very polite staff but I recommend asking for a quiet room away from the road and a fan for a decent sleep. Breakfast was very good.

the stuff is sooo friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing, the hotel location is near the ortahisar castle and the most popular street of the town with restaurants. it is 10 min from Göreme by car. the room is clean, comfortable, has everything you could need and WARM - the weather was cold and rainy, so this fact saved ours cold asses. but if you go during the warm or hot weather, take into account that room has no ventilation (no windows as well) except the door. so i recommend to book a room with a window here :)

Otel ***et temizdi. Odamız yeterli büyüklükte ve kullanisliydi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü. Orelin konumu Ürgüp merkezde idi ve ulaşım kolaydı. Ancak otelin estetik görüntüsü çevredeki otellere göre kötüydü. Kahvaltı zayıftı, çeşit az ve sıcak olması gereken yiyecekler sıcak değildi. Fiyatına göre otel yeterliydi.
