GGuest UserWe stayed at Potamia Cave Hotel for 3 nights, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The cave room was beautifully designed. Cozy, clean, and full of authentic caves. Every corner of the hotel felt magical and thoughtfully maintained.
The staff were incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of.
Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay, with delicious Turkish breakfast and a great variety of local dishes that made every morning special.
The atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and romantic, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Cappadocia. Waking up in a cave room was such a unique and memorable experience.
Thank you to the entire Potamia Cave Hotel team for the wonderful hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia. We would love to come back again!

GGuest UserBeautiful, unique, well-managed hotel with a complete set of amenities including delicious breakfast, scenic pool, and comfortable spa. There is a golf cart shuttle that brings you around the resort, and we were picked up always within 2-3 minutes of calling the front desk - even at 3:30am for our hot air balloon ride. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CONTACTING THE HOTEL DIRECTLY FOR HOT AIR BALLOON RIDES AS THE FAMILY THAT OWNS THE HOTEL OWNS ROYAL BALLOONS, which is the premier balloon company. I really wanted to book with Royal but they were booked out online for several weeks. When I arrived to the hotel, they had spaces available for their guests.

MM343235****It was fantastic! The accommodation was very clean, the room had great natural light, and there was a large living room and dining room. There was also underfloor heating in the winter. More importantly, the owner, Ali, speaks some Chinese and even took us to see hot air balloons. He's incredibly kind, and his wife's restaurant is also delicious. We've become good friends.

We came to play at the hotel at one o'clock in the morning, and the staff specially prepared hot tea and desserts waiting for us, and the day shift staff were very friendly! After checking out, I also sent a letter. The two small ceramic dishes are super beautiful and super like it! ! Because the driver came to pick him up in the morning, he was too rushed to have breakfast and prepared a small cake for us to eat. I stayed at the museum hotel on the second and third days. In contrast, the appearance here is not very cave, but the staff is more humane and the facilities are updated. I will definitely come back when the weather is warmer!

We had a family King number.
It is big and cozy. Real cave, even the toilet in the cave. Characteristic darkness, but it only gives authenticity.
We lived in the room for 3 days and did not want to leave!
Very qualitative breakfasts are served. Fresh omlet, roasted cheese and green tubes, all kinds of cheeses, fresh vegetables, a plate with different varenings, fresh bread, coffee and tea are personally cooked for the family. We have always been satisfied and satisfied!
We didn't have time to leave the hotel, as there was a desire to return to our cozy cave again!
And what the view opens from the terrace!
The hotel is located on the top of the hill.
Important: The hotel is located in the village of Mustafa Pasha, it is about 20 km from Goreme (the tourist center) and not all the tours of Goreme take away from this hotel. But we are lucky our company Atmosphere took us from Mustafa Pasha without any supplements.
Just 5 km from Mustafa Pasha there is a town of Urgyup. You can get there by bus. It goes from the central square of Mustafa Pasha. It costs 30 lira.
For me, the location, remote from the noisier tourist center, was a plus.
There is no crowd of tourists here. And all in 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel you can see the cave monastery and church and other buildings completely free and at all without people. It's great. Near Goreme for such museums under the open sky take payment and a lot of people there.
This hotel I and all my family are happy with everything 100%. I also studied hotel reviews before the trip and they didn't fail! As agreed with all the positive reviews. The hotel owners were very hospitality and we would love to come back there with great pleasure!

Location; Perfect! - 5Min. away from the old town and ”Balıkıgöl”.
Personnel; not to overtake! - The staff is overtaking to friendliness and customer friendliness. The diving relationship is built immediately.
Do not look at guides or similar about .... The staff and the management are best informed and are happy to give tips and tour proposals.

GGuest UserVery very good hotel, professional service staff, in order to avoid the trouble of different rooms for two nights, simply upgrade the room, get a 2-story room 404 on the edge of the front desk, the living room is on the first floor, the bedroom and bathroom are on the second floor, and there is a bathtub on the second floor. great. Thanks to the front desk and concierge Atil, Dogus, Edmonton. There is also a hotel restaurant that deserves great praise. The dinner is very delicious, the service is very professional, and the price is even lower than the tourist restaurant of the attraction. The breakfast buffet is also good, the service is especially good, thanks to Fafma.

Ancak otelin estetik görüntüsü çevredeki otellere göre kötüydü. Kahvaltı zayıftı, çeşit az ve sıcak olması gereken yiyecekler sıcak değildi. Fiyatına göre otel yeterliydi.

The staff were so helpful, particularly Murat who rushed around making sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was great and served on the roof overlooking the whole of Urgup. GGuest UserWe stayed at this hotel for one day and had a holiday that exceeded our expectations. The facilities provided by the hotel and the attentive service of the staff are really great. I would like to thank the Guest Relations Manager Demet Hanım and her team as well as the rest of the staff who made us feel special and never lacked in sincerity and friendliness. Additionally, the food was excellent; varied and delicious choices at every meal. Especially the open buffet and restaurant provided a great experience. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the overall vibe of the hotel was very peaceful. The pool area is also very pleasant, providing an environment where you can relax and enjoy every moment. In short, we absolutely recommend this hotel, it's the perfect choice for everyone who wants to have an unforgettable vacation! Thanks.
