Guest UserReasonable price, a good alternative for someone who visits Washington DC ( cannot find such price in the city centre)
Close to city centre, just take a Lyft for $6 to the Washington Monument
New and clean
Breakfast is ok, but dont expect too much
Kitchen in the room with dishwasher 👍
Better if bed sheet for the sofa bed is provided

Guest UserThe toilets are relatively small and the hotel is very new. You must ask for water from the front desk and you need to take a taxi to the city center. But the price is right and close to the airport.

The room is large, with two Queen-size beds, and can accommodate 4 adults.
But the heating has some problems. It will blow cold air at a certain temperature, and it doesn't work to turn it off. You can only keep turning up the temperature, but it's very dry.
The breakfast is a buffet, 29 dollars per person, plus tax and tip, about 40. When booking on Ctrip, it says that the breakfast is 15 per person, but the hotel doesn't have this option.
The location is right next to the airport, there is a free bus, and it takes only five minutes to get there, which is very convenient for catching a flight.

Our family traveled to Washington by car in February, and this hotel is highly recommended. Self-parking is 44 dollars per night, and guest parking is 49 dollars per night, which is a bit expensive. If you park by yourself in the underground parking lot, you need to spend time looking for a parking space. The hotel has its own shuttle bus to the subway station, which is quite convenient. You can reach tourist check-in points in the city within a few subway stops. Cleanliness and service are average at Renaissance.

Guest UserThis hotel is about 1 km from the Crystal City Metro Station, and about 200 ms from a CVS Pharmacy Store which is open 24 hours. A McDonalds is right outside the hotel, which is super convenient for a quick snack. There is free airport shuttle, but understand at some times, there is insufficient capacity for guests. For example, I arrived at 10:00pm at DCA Airport, after waiting the 30 mins for the shuttle at the airport, it arrived with no room for luggage or passengers. Told there was one more shuttle coming, (another 30 mins) so I decided to take lyft/uber for $20 to the hotel, with another guest from the hotel. While it is 1 mile from the airport, its a little difficulty with luggage. The hotel itself is old, but well maintained. The bathrooms have a noisy fan, every time the light go on. The desk is too high, and chair is not sufficient for effective computer work, because of the height issue. Still, the room is spacious and beds are comfortable. There is $50 deposit charge for incidentals per night not per stay. I requested a room with airports views and was given the best the hotel could - a glimpse through the surrounding buildings to river and some view of planes. Overall, this hotel represents very good value for money, particularly considering the 4 July celebrations. My 4 night stay was significantly less than other hotels in the area. I would certainly recommend this hotel and it is still good choice to visit Washington sights, without the high cost of hotels closer to downtown. And the walk to metro is about 10 to 15 mins.

The room facilities are not bad, and the sanitation is not bad. There is a supermarket near the hotel, which is also very convenient. It is also very close to Cascade, about ten minutes' walk, and the service is also very good

The environment around the hotel feels relatively safe and quiet. Maybe it's because it's next to the Pentagon. From time to time, you can see people in military uniforms.
The security situation and sanitation and other environment in Washington are much better than those in New York. The transportation is not very convenient. There is no subway. You have to take a bus for about 11 stops to the subway station.
The front desk staff and the overall hotel feel are relatively Buddhist and friendly. Breakfast consists of a little bread, cereal, milk and coffee, but nothing else. We don't have high requirements, as long as it is clean, we just eat the hotel's breakfast.
The hotel room is quite clean, but there is no quilt cover here. There is a sheet-like cloth separated from the quilt. It is easy to misalign when sleeping, and it still feels a bit disconnected.
