GGuest UserThe style of the external environment West Coast, not high-end but comfortable, the room is still relatively clean, the bar in the lobby has ice water and coffee buffet. The breakfast is too bad, the bread and coffee buffet in the nearby supermarket is too sweet!

GGuest UserThe room was pretty good, but I was a bit surprised the hotel doesn't provide toothbrushes or slippers. You can ask the front desk for a toothbrush, but there are absolutely no slippers provided – you have to bring your own. We ended up buying some at Walmart.

LLopeznoe14$Firsts day we got there was good. Second day try and check another night the girl that helped us did not even try to help out. Said she couldn’t find out booking told her it was in there system she keep saying no it wasn’t with attitude. So I had to book another day all over again. And I asked her again are u sure I’m not in there they did it the day before told me no. She knew what she was doing. So when i booked my room again told her there it’s done. Then she tells o I found it No apology no nothing. After I just got done booking my room. Very disappointed with her service bad part I didn’t get her name

I unfortunately did have an administrative issue at check in which took around 45 minutes to resolve before the hotel issued my room key — the attendant did apologise and said this “never happens”, however it was unfortunate given we had arrived after midnight following a lot of driving.
Other than that, it was a fine hotel.

GGuest UserEverything was very good,except it doesn’t have a airport transport and this was the reason I booked this hotel. Being that it’s so close to the airport you would think it would have at lease one or two trips to the airport.
