AAnonymous UserThe front desk wasn't friendly and charged me double the damage deposit. They told me they would resolve it and I would get an email saying it was going to be resolved. I got a email with nothing resolved. I won't be going back to that establishment. Extremely disappointed.

GGuest User從西雅圖開車去往黃石公園途中的落腳點，酒店在一個小鎮上，小鎮一圈都能看到遠處的雪山，臨時住一晚上也是不錯的，晚上7點多餐吧還有香蕉可以拿，有熱水池可以泡，免費停車。早餐的品類比常規的早餐感覺多一點，印象不錯的一家店。這個小鎮的油價相對低一點點，我們出發前把油箱加滿了

GGuest UserChecking in I was told there was no hot water : waiting on a part for repairs. They let me check into their sister-hotel across the street with no additional charges, even though my reservation was prepaid and didn't technically allow refunds or changes.. Obviously I was thrilled to have quiet, clean and hot water for the night! Great customer service attitudes at both places, too!

AABB(中国)有限公司I originally booked a room, but I asked for a new payment in the past. I didn’t recognize Ctrip’s reservation. The hotel told me that the price was 10 dollars cheaper than Ctrip’s price, only 43 dollars, but it was already around 9:40 in the evening. The place to live, only to re-swipe the card according to the front desk request. Later, I contacted Ctrip and communicated many times. After waiting for the next day, I finally got a notice when I checked out without repeating the payment, but I still showed me that the price of Ctrip is different from the one given to me Price, it feels too speechless
