Carlsbad Hotels with Parking

The hotel was very clean. The only issue is the bedrooms were a little small and there is no house keeping every day. So you will have to make up your bed and take out your own trash. House keeping on 2nd or 3rd day of stay so basically when you check out. Th e food was outstanding and they have many selections for all types of eaters. I just wished they had actual creamers not syrups. Either way I will be staying there again if going that route in our vacation again. Front desk are very nice and helpful. The pool was very clean and jacuzzi was very nice also. Over all a great hotel stay.

The concierge was nice and helpful. The hotel is very clean. I love how quiet this hotel was even though we came with kids and there are other families with kids. I do wish the staff in the kitchen area were nicer and more helpful though. They didn't give an announcement about closing the breakfast area off and just started pulling the curtain to close on people, which I thought was quite rude. Besides this, our trip was amazing and everyone else at the hotel were really nice.

I stayed here for one night in a hurry, so I didn't have much experience. Because I was still adjusting to the time difference, I fell asleep very late. I kept hearing the sound of people walking upstairs. I felt that the sound insulation was not very good. It was a bit strange that there was no place to hang towels in the bathroom. For a relatively new hotel, I felt it was average overall.

Facilities: very new and clean, the room is tidy and comfortable, and the layout is large Hygiene: very clean, every corner is clean, and the body and mind are pleasant Service: The service staff are very friendly! The front desk is smiling every day, it feels like coming home Overall, I am very satisfied👍There is breakfast, very convenient, I will stay again next time

The parking lot is free, next to Legoland, but it takes a circle to enter the park. The environment is very good, the suite is equipped with a kitchen and there is a Costco supermarket for 10 minutes. The swimming pool and children's pool are good and the children are very happy.

Perfect location in downtown Carlsbad. An easy walk to anything you may possibly need. The Jacuzzi unfortunately, was not heating properly when we were there, so was not able to enjoy. The pool is in the front of the Resort next to a very popular restaurant. It’s not very quiet and not relaxing to set at.  they have a beautiful green lawn that overlooks the ocean with lots of lounging chairs that is decently, quiet and relaxing. The elevator is slow and old, and I preferred to use the stairs.  the king size bed was very comfortable to sleep in. We enjoyed having a little kitchen that we were able to keep leftover food in and reheat .

The front desk service was huge. We arrived at the hotel at around 12 o'clock in the evening. We had a long-distance drive all day. We thought that the sheraton service could not be bad. I knew that the front desk was a fat white man. When I checked in, I kept rolling my eyes all the time. When I applied for membership, I was too sleepy and didn't respond. I asked a question. The front desk immediately replied, ”I am very busy today, don't ask me to see it yourself.” At that time, I thought it might be too late. The front desk had emotions, and it was true that in April, it was obvious that the trash was a hostile phenomenon. After the completion of the process, I did not tell me how to find the room, just an understatement, ”Go through the door.” As a result, there was only 3 floors in the back of the lobby, and our room number was 50. I asked him back. He confirmed that he was on the 5th floor. He immediately left the lobby and told him not to look back. In desperation, I had to bite the scalp on the third floor. Fortunately, I met a couple of black couples who went downstairs to buy wine in the middle of the night. They were very friendly and said that they also found a room for a long time during the day. The actual situation is that the sheraton hotel and the next resort share the lobby and porch. You need to go upstairs through the hotel room corridor, find a glass door at the end, swipe the card and then take the elevator to the resort floor. On the night of the check-in, I sent a complaint letter to the Shereton complaint mailbox. It has been two months since I saw it. Today I saw the app reminder comment. The disgusting feeling of Lima is coming to the fore, and I have to give a bad review.

This place is very suitable for bringing children. It is very close to Legoland and the outlet is opposite. The parking lot is very large, and travel around is also very convenient. It’s not far from the beach, but you have to drive. The breakfast is average. There is no good Chinese food around. You can get pizza at noon. At night, the three of us drove out for 20 minutes to eat.

We checked in and front desk was super friendly and made checking in easy, had a problem with toilet and front desk immediately had another room waiting for us. The rooms where clean and smelled fresh. All the basic needs. Mini fridge was cold and ready, the microwave was clean and the coffee was ready to be made will definitely stay there again

I feel less dogs would be nice. As well as a microwave in the room would be helpful along with a coffee ☕️ pot, and iron to say the least. Other then that KIKI the manager is easy to talk to, she listens and provides excellent service. Thank you Kiki, & Zack Patrivua McIntosh
