We loved our stay at the Comfort Suites! Our room was spacious, clean, with a comfy king bed! It appeared newly renovated. The pool was also clean and warm. Although the exterior of the building looks a bit dated, it is well maintained and in a safe area with many amenities. Lots of restaurants to choose from and not too far of a drive to Virginia Beach!

Hotel was exceptionally clean & staff was very nice & accommodating. However, our room was not ready until after 7:00 pm. I was promised a refund that never happened & have yet to receive a credit for a mystery charge on my card that I did not authorize.

Breakfast is quite satisfactory, there are not many varieties, but some of them have the ability to meet the needs of breakfast; no extra bed, suitable for children, double room suite, two beds are large, each 1.5 meters wide, outside There is also a sofa in the house. If there are too many people, you can take it. There is free parking. The main recommendation is that this hotel has a small kitchen, and the tableware and utensils are complete, you can make some delicious meals yourself.

Nothing special. Kind of 'you get what you pay for.' I paid $80, I got an $80 room. I did hit a nail at some point either in their lot or up the street. The front desk was kind and helped me find a tire fixer place. There was a strong smell of **** when I was there. I hate the smell of that stuff but some people don't mind. Area is a little shady and I strongly advise against walking around alone at night. I think the 2* rating others left is accurate. This place is what it is. I have since found a better plafe to stay when I come through town.

I was super upset that the pool was not open and then it had a sign on it from the health department…Not Cool. And the pool had this nasty film on the top yuck. The bedsheets were very comfortable though, but besides that that’s the only positive thing I can say about this hotel stay. I will not be going back here
