De Witt Hotels with Parking

The hotel service is very user-friendly and comfortable. My baby and I are on the flight at 12 o'clock in the evening. I called the hotel to request a pick-up. It took ten minutes. The service attitude was very good. The breakfast was beyond expectations. The fruit was fresh. The 24-hour hot water and coffee supply were also in line with the needs of the Chinese. If I go again next time, I will choose their home. The only regret is that I can't invoice. I can be a local Receipt. I don't know if Trip.com can be arranged to solve it.

Disappointing experience. The rooms are old and smelly, and the breakfast selection is poor. Definitely not worth the high price point, even for the convenience of the location.

Amazing customer service. Was ready to fix anything we had a problem with. Made our stay quiet and unbothered but was there if we needed them for absolutely anything! I definitely will be back I love this hotel!

Typical American breakfast, room, bed, bathroom is very large, the most basic configuration, health and comfort, free parking is very convenient, self-driving preferred! There is McDonald's nearby! Late, the next day, no photo, cost-effective, worthy of a working stay

The environment of the hotel is good, I think the breakfast is quite rich, with more styles, and you should be full. The equipment in the room is relatively old, but basically complete. Overall it feels good.

I also appreciated the value for the price. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it offers the essentials you need for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, especially for getting around the area and visiting nearby attractions. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again when we’re in Syracuse. A good option if you’re looking for a comfortable and reasonably priced place to stay.

Just what you would expect, no more, no less

The room was very dated and had a musty odour. we booked a smoking room but werent expecting it to have cigarette burns and stains on the bedspread. Pillows were very thin. There was tissue shoved in the hole of a second door. There was a light coming from inside the bathtub drain. very strange?? No table lamps. Only one receptacle outlet behind the beside table. The fridge was only cool and had puddles of water inside. The air conditioning worked well and the T.V. had a good channel selection. I wouldn't book at this place again.
